DCH Honda of Nanuet

I've had several bad experiences leasing vehicles at other car dealerships. DCH Honda of Nanuet was the best all around car buying experience I've ever had. As for my sales representative, Dave DeSimone was incredible. From the moment I started shopping for a new lease at DCH Honda of Nanuet, he was personable, professional & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me. Even the financing department was quick and pain free. After this car buying experience, Honda just earned a lifelong customer. I love my 2019 Honda Accord EX.

My wife and I had used a different dealer when leasing a Honda the first time. After our first lease ended, we returned to that other dealer to research the pricing on a new CR-V, but the quote was higher than we wanted to pay, so we inquired with Nanuet and got a better offer. For us, the choice was obvious to go with DCH Honda of Nanuet. Not only that, when we got to the dealership in Nanuet, everyone there was extremely helpful and courteous, being over backwards to make the leasing process as smooth and easy as possible — especially our salesperson, Kenrick, and finance person, Kamu Foggie, who were a pleasure to do business with. From that time until now, anything we've ever needed for the car, I've contacted Kenrick, and he's been highly responsive and helpful. I give DCH Honda my highest recommendation, with a special acknowledgement to Kenrick for his particularly amazing service!

WE just leased a car for our daughter on Saturday and the experience was wonderful. Tony was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful. The finance Manager was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best experiences in buy a car.

My first Honda experience was great. From start to finish, we received the best service. Tony was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable answering my questions. Made me feel very comfortable, especially during test drive of my first SUV. Made the process fast yet not felt rushed being very organized not missing any details. I have dealt with this dealership in the past but my latest (actually the last 2) purchase from this dealership is the quickest and stress free dealings. This is mostly due to the very professional sales consultant Tony O. He is very upfront during negotiations and he delivered as he has promised to assist in anyway he can. He is very honest as far as what he can offer and tries to accommodate as much as what you are looking for. His after sales support is something that sets him aside from the rest. One examples is. After I turned over the lease, I realized that I left something important in the car. I called Tony O and asked him if he could possibly check it for me and 15 minutes later he texted me saying he found it and I can pick it up from him anytime. That’s going beyond a usual after sales support. That’s Tony O being true to his words “I’ll assist you” not only during sales but after sales . Again job well done Tony O. I was lucky to have you as my sales consultant .

I worked with Tony for both browsing new cars for the first time and then later to make my first car purchase ever. He was very polite, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the whole new experience for me.
