DCH Honda of Nanuet

Leased a vehicle over the weekend from this dealership. Working with Tony O was a great experience. He was not the typical sales guy that takes you forever to work with. We agreed on the price quickly and he got me out in less than 4 hours. He explained everything regarding the vehicle and his after sales support in excellent . He is one if not the best sales consultant I have dealt with at this dealership. Kudos to Tony O for job well done

Great Experience

The experience was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical and thought I was going to be thrown many numbers etc. I actually drove home in my new Honda. Carlos was not pushy at all and understood my needs. Truly happy, and definitely recommend him. Finance was quick. Everyone was very friendly.

Caring, patient and personalized service.

I needed a specific car, but didn't want to go over my monthly budget. They worked with me and I was very happy to walk out with all of my wants on my checkoff list. They really work with you.

Service review

Let me start by saying we are a Honda family. We have three. The problem I have is service on the cat. I have been getting the run around for over a week. My car hasn't 68,000 miles but is 10 years old so it is not covered by warranty. The catalytic converter went. Apparently not covered . I then contacted corporate for help. I've gotten nothing but runaround from dealer and corporate since. Corporate was going to work with me then the dealer jacked up the price by saying additional things needed to be replaced. Frustrated

Hi Mr. Kevin Peterson, thank you for the feedback. Honda’s warranty is 3 years or 36,000 miles, which you obviously have surpassed a long time ago, and therefore there is no more warranty. The good news though is that as a sign of goodwill Honda has agreed to pay for 30% of your catalytic converter replacement. The only thing they won’t include is the cost of replacing the heat shield. It’s pretty straightforward and I assure you there is no runaround from us. Having to make an expensive repair is always frustrating, but we are happy to accommodate you any way we can. Went for some information for a car. Mr. Dubidad was kind enough to give me a tour of the car and a test drive. He was extremely helpful. I'll recommend this dealership to anyone.

Car purchase

Mr Frank was really helpful to us throughout the whole process. He was really patient and helped us a lot. He is a really friendly person as well and always has a smile on his face which was very welcoming.
