DCH Honda of Nanuet

I have been the chief negotiator in my family for 35 years when it came to purchasing/leasing new cars and I have met many salespersons I found trustworthy and others I was not at happy with at all. I just had the pleasure of purchasing a new Honda CRV at Honda of Nanuet and my experience could not have been better. I worked with a wonderful salesperson, Aaron M. who was attentive to my needs, worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I was pleased with all while respecting the limited time I was able to spend at the dealership. As I was planning on purchasing the car outright and have never had a good experience once in the finance office I told him to let the finance person I was not interested in any extra add-ons and just wanted to sign and go. Surprises do happen and I could not have been any happier with Mile E. In finance. During the process there were some problems because my address had changed recently. Both Aaron and Mike worked tirelessly with DMV and my insurance company to work out all the kinks so I could take my car home. I left the dealer feeling I had been well cared for as a costumer and more than that I felt they had listened to my needs and went out of their way to meet them. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will definitely purchase again form Honda of Nanuet in the future and highly recommend both Aaron and Mike.

I enjoyed working with Carlos to replace my aging pilot with a 2016 certified preowned pilot. Carlos mads this an easy switch for me and was very honest.
