Very knowledgeable, customer oriented
I dealt with Tony Oparaku, very easy to talk to, he was very professional. We didn't agree at first, but he worked very hard @ finding a way of getting into a Honda. The deal was fair, his personal attention was great. Just before I was to leave with the new car, he took it and filled the gas tank. I would definitely recommend Tony to all my friends.

Crazy amazing
The sales representative Kenrick Dubidad was crazy amazing. He basically spent the whole day ,missed his lunch just helping me find the car that best fit my budget. He was very patient,understanding and friendly. After the sale he went beyond by helping me transfer items from my old car to settle in my new car , that am totally inlove with now . As if that was enough, after a day he made a follow up call to confirm everything is running well with the car and that there were no issues. Overally he was super duper helpful. Thank you!

Awesome experience
From the second I met Tony Oparaku it was a great experience, I told him what I wanted and my price range and he did everything he could to find me just that. He is funny, laid back and easy to talk to and definitely made the experience one to remember. I would recommend asking for Tony Oparaku if you go here to have a great sales experience!!! Dhimitri was great as well and was determined to get me approved for what I said I could afford and although it didn’t work out for the first couple choices I had he worked over the weekend and was finally able to get me into something I could afford and was happy with... Then when I finally met with finance to seal the deal Mike Ehirim mad my day even better bc he was able to get my payments even lower!!! All in all considering I went to Honda on a whim bc I got a pre-approval letter and jus wanted to see if I could get something...it wound up being a worthwhile trip and I appreciate all the great customer service I received from these 3 guys!!!

Horrible SERVICE
I purchased a Honda Civic in December 2018 but not at this location; however, this is my hometown so I get it serviced here. I am a student in Philadelphia, PA. So I do a lot of traveling. In June 2018, I needed an oil change and because I travel often I also asked to get my tires rotated. Overall, the did a horrible job. They changed my oil but forgot to secure the splash shield. There were two missing screws. Additionally, I paid for a tire rotation, and it was NEVER completed!. Honda owes me my money back, and new tires. I reached out the service manager, however, he never got back to me. Horrible Service. Stay clear of this place. I rather drive to NJ to get serviced in the future! After reading reviews from other customers with similar concerns. I am glad to know I am not alone!

Hi Rachelle Leger, I’m not sure why you are leaving out some important details, but you spoke with our service manager the morning before writing this review. You last visited us over 3 months ago and would have known pretty quickly if your splash shield was loose and flapping around making noise, but regardless we offered to check it out for you and repair at no cost. The tire rotation was completed on your vehicle, and when we asked you why you thought it wasn’t you stated that you had no evidence otherwise but just assumed it because you saw someone else make the same claim online, and then demanded money from us? I’m sure you understand that not everything you see on the internet is not true. It makes me sad to lose any customer, and I assure you that we operate with only the highest of integrity and customer service is very important to us. Jason

Purchase of 2018 Honda CRV
During the Labor Day weekend, my wife and I purchased a CRV from Tony. Before going to the dealership, we had obtained on online price from Christine (which was the lowest from the many we had received from several dealers) of their internet department. When we arrived, we told Tony of the price which Christine had quoted. That price was honored and no games about "speaking to my manager" were played, Tony was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything about the car.

Sales person experience really bad
With the desire to renew my lease I contacted the seller, the approximation through the contact persons (Christine and Haleema) was correct, I would say kind and cordial. I was referred to reach the agreement with Irwin Staub who after several comings and goings I placed the conditions that we would finalize the contract. This would be done the following Monday. Monday and then in the dealer with all my precautions, I was waiting for more than an hour for the contact person I was referred to another vendor in this case Robert Dessau who after other comings and goings with the agreed conditions said they could not honor the agreement and that some erroneous calculations had been made, intervened asking that because an error of the seller had to be penalized by the client with the consequent loss of time. This Sr derogatory insisted that he had no option ... that they could not honor any agreement, ... the client in that case did not enter into consideration. Without the slightest delicacy finally this Robert finish contact with me without any excuse for the mistake they made. At the exit, in the parking lot, a person in the seller's uniform approached me and told me that as they had already reached the number of cars for the quarter they decided to demolish my agreement.

Very good experience!
I reserch before I buy, as always. We narrowed our choice to the Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. Did not like many of the condescending sales persons and ridiculous prices at some dealerships we visited, We ended at DCH Honda in Nanuet,NY. Our salesman, George Yuret was not only personable and knowledgeable, but treated us maturely, as people who are about to spend money on a new car should be treated. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. He and the Honda dealer financial advisor, Mike Ehirim were nothing but gentlemen. All in all, we got a nice car at a fair price along with a good offer on our trade in. We will be glad to be future customers.

Straightforward, honest, easy to work with
Initially, my contact at DCH Honda of Nanuet was over the phone, Christine Keough, internet client advisor. Christine and I spoke several times over many weeks, as I researched and planned what vehicle to choose. I investigated many different cars, different brands and models, at various dealerships. Christine was very easy to talk to, and very helpful. We stayed in contact via email and phone calls during this process. I would recommend Christine to anyone looking into purchasing an Honda, who has questions and needs direction and advice. When I was ready to test drive and look more seriously into a purchase, I came to the dealership, and I met Dan D'Angelo, in sales. Dan is a pleasure to deal with. He is down to earth, honest, and easy to work with. I never felt any pressure and he had most of the answers to my questions that I needed, or he found a way to get the answers. Eventually, I decided on a model I wanted and we settled on a reasonable competitive price without much haggling or stress. In summary, I would strongly recommend working with both Christine Keough via the phone, and Dan D'Angelo at DCH Honda of Nanuet, for anyone looking to purchase a Honda.
