We had an excellent experience here. Our sales consultant Jon Francis was extremely friendly and helpful in showing us options for CRVs as well as the new Honda Ridgeline and we are very happy with our choice to have used Honda of Nanuet. Mr. Francis was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has a low pressure approach that is hard to come by that we are thankful for. Not a typical car buying experience for us, much more pleasant than usual. We will certainly look to him to buy our cars in the future.

PSA: NEVER use DCH honda of Nanuet Service or sales for that matter. Bought a new Pilot in Paramus in March, because I refuse to give Nanuet my business. Later that month making a turn I hit a curb and scratched and dented my new Rim. Devastated but not going to do anything about it, it’s on the passenger side so I don’t see it that often. Fast forward today I go to DCH Nanuet for oil change, when they insist I need tire rotation and balance. I pay, go home and I as I go to passenger side I notice my dented Rim in the same spot it’s always been in, with the same scratch marks on my tire. They charged me and never rotated my tires. If it wasn’t for my dented rim I would have no idea. I wonder how many services they charge for but never actually provide?? Scammers!

We leased with option to buy 2018 Honda Accord. We had a great experience at DCH Honda of Nanuet. Unlike other dealers, we felt comfortable, very friendly staff and a very fast process. Sales rep Travis Jordan was very friendly, always smiling and made it a smooth process. answered all questions and was not pushy. Sales Manager Dhimitri Robo is very friendly gave me a great deal, and is a straight forward. Finance Manager Fafi Iskander is very friendly and made it a very quick process.
