in search of a honda pilot

went to honda of nanuet on sunday sept 11th and i was looking for a honda pilot.met with a saleman and i told him i was looking for a honda pilot they had listed and he took me to it and made a copy of my license and put a dealer plate on and said see you when you get back.i asked aren't you coming with us.he said no.so my wife and i went on a road test.during the road test the front end felt loose and there was a noise when you hit passing gear.so we headed back to the dealer.whild i was parking the pilot back in the space i noticed a woman salesman with her arms crossed waiting for me to stop the vehicle.no sooner then i opened the door.she was in my face saying are you going to buy it.i told her that there was a looseness in the steering and a noise on acceleration and i wanted to speak with the salesman Hovic.meanwhile she was standing there asking me am i going to buy it.because she had a customer waiting,i grew quite annoyed.my wife looked at me and i said here are the keys.this was a red honda pilot.also i asked hovic where was the white honda pilot.he said if it is not here it is sold.well i later found out from the internet person.that it was at the warehouse.i had my plates with me and cash and was ready to buy.

Service for my 2009 honda acord

The service was good. Joe was very informative and nice. He called when he said he would. I purchased the extended warenty and was very glad I did. The car was fully covered.

Amazing atmosphere, great employees

Brian was exceptional and was very patient with me. He very attentive to my needs and worked really well in finding the car that was best for me. I met Mike, upon signing the contract, and just like Brian, Mike was amazing in customer service. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and handled the transaction with upmost professionalism.

Very nice place to go

Good people good service answer all questions everyone was nice. It was very clean and comfortable I went to two other dealer ships and no one else compared to nanuet

Job well done

Thank you to all those who took care of my 2010 Honda Civic on August 31. I would especially like to thank Joe Sanservino vfor all his help. He kept me in the loop about my car. He explained everything that was happening to my car. This was not my first trip to Honda of Nanuet. It feels like a second home.
