Excellent Service

I ws a walk in on Saturday morning. Car had a reall for software affecting trnsmission. I also needed oil. They said they would need two hours. Actually they finished a littlefaster. Everything was fine. The complimentary hot chocilate and muffins and free wi fi added to the eperience.

Wasted approximately one and half hours.

Brought my car in October 13th for routine service (Oil, filters etc) Told the service adviser that in addition to the regular service (19,500) that I would like the tires rotated. He indicated that they would check the alignment and the balance. Told him I thought the alignment was fine, the car was not pulling or anything of that nature. After an hour an a half got the car back, looked at the invoice and no rotation of the tires was done. This was the main reason I brought the car there. I guess, I'll just stick to "Jiffy Lube" It only takes 15 minutes.
