every odometer reading as advertised is wrong.

every odometer reading as advertised is wrong. proof is in the photos. this is on every car they have listed. nice trick to get me to waste my time clicking on the advertisement only to learn its a fraudulent listing. There are other web sites to search and if this keeps happening and is not corrected, I will stop using cars.com

The price was listed at $18,888.

The price was listed at $18,888. Seen the van pretty beat up, had debri inside because they thought NO ONE EOULd BUY IT! Bald tires, back tail light seal broken, cracking bondo from repair, broken bumper, 127k miles. Drove like a boat. I offered $15k cash. The the Financial Manager met with me then states the van is salvage which wasn't in the add and says it should be worth 33k still. So I'm like what are saying to make a long story short. He say my only offer is $18,888. LMAO ✌

This dealership reminded me of dealerships 30 years ago.

This dealership reminded me of dealerships 30 years ago. They will try anything (legal or not) to get a sale. Horrible dealership. I called about a used car before I drove 2 hours to see it. The photos and ad said it had never been in an accident in great condition and the car was still available. I arrived to be shown a car in the back row for junk. That is after walking through hundreds of cars to get there. Sound like bait and switch? The car had been hit on every side and didn't even run. Obviously not the car pictured in the ad. The salesman had the nerve to ask if there was another car I saw that I would like to see. I replied, even if I did I wouldn't buy it here. STAY AWAY!!!!

MAJOR FRAUD

I called the dealer about a 2020 Ford Fusion that they listed on Cars.com. Angel said it was available. I arrived at the dealership and Hector took me to the car. It wasn't even the same car pictured and was nothing as described. The car listed had a clean Carfax with no accidents. Hector led me to a car in the back of the lot where discarded cars are kept for junk or wholesalers. The car was hit on every side and didn't even run! False advertising for the old bait and switch. Don't bother with this dealership! BUYER BEWARE AT MAJOR!

Please to those reading this, buying a car at major

Please to those reading this, buying a car at major world is a MAJOR MISTAKE. See for yourself how in 2019, people have sued this company before. I wish I would have seen this before: https://www.qchron.com/editions/queenswide/major-world-ordered-to-pay-north-of-3m/article_6df358e4-fa78-5e2f-b66d-09015239850e.html I want to make sure I help as many people not to fall for this company. Long story short I purchased a VW Tiguan 2017, from them back in Aug 2020, for $20k, plus 2k warranty. I had problems soon after. I brought the car to their mechanics and was give a superficial diagnostic and my car still had issues that were not fixed. I tried to get out the car within the 30days. They said it was not possible and just kept saying they will fix the issue. By February of 2021, by this time I didn’t want to go back a to them, I took my car to an actual VW dealer. I ended up having to put over $4k in repairs, only for the car to be worthless by April 2022. It was burning oil, and by the end I had to put oil every 100miles. This car is current part of class action lawsuit, due to the water pump. So in my desperation that I need a car, they did buy me out of the car, because I drove there and literally was not able to drive away, the oil was done. HUGE MISTAKE, I purchased another car with them, really hoping they would not scam me twice. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. I purchased a Honda accord 2017, for $20k plus 4K warranty, in April 2022. Since April to December of the same year, I brought my car back to try to get it fixed 5 times (several issues): axil, breaks, a piece that holds the wheel. If I came in for three complaints only one would get fixed. They kept wasting my time, having me bring my car back in, due to their negligence or incompetence. My car still has issues. One issue in particular began after they replaced the axil, which is still my main issue. I had to bring it to a Honda dealer. Note: I had to go to a dealer in Stamford CT, because one thing they won’t tell you is the warranty locks you to their service department within 25miles. I’m still dealing the Honda dealer to get my car fixed, but it requires I leave my car. And as you can imagine this is a lot since I have to rent a car in the meantime. In the repairs I had done, I spent over $1000, of which the warranty covered $0. This is what they fixed: replace cooler hoses and clamps, had to do a break flush (which they failed to do so at major world, where I paid to get my breaks changed), replaced automatic transmission oil, new spark plugs, and a valve cover gasket replacement, which was leaking for a while. And the Honda dealer said that had been going on for a while and it was something that was so obvious to see once you even check the car. When I told them the items that had to be fixed at the Honda dealer, they tell me it’s all maintenance things. Then why, during the 5x I took my car their, they did not tell me these things had to be fixed? It took me taking my car some where else to fix them. I want nothing from this low value, zero integrity company. They sell you an overpriced car with so many issues, and they do not have the decency to actually fix it when you bring it to them. THE ONLY THING I WANT NOW IS FOR NO ONE ELSE TO FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. IT WOULD BE A MAJOR MISTAKE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Go anywhere else, stay far away from Major Mistake World.
