Disappointed

Worst dealer ever a guy call luis bad costumer service told me by phone making prosmises thta dont worry you will get a car and bla bla bla the owner have his own bank to get u approve and then theywant to give me 1000 k for my jeep and on top a down payment well i went to one of those dealers by them and got my car and 3000k for my jeep. It was not worth traveling overthere i told him dont waste my time since i live far away but everything happen for a reason

Worst dealer ever i told guy luis live far away do not waste my time. wanted a trade in and on top that only was giving for my jeep 1000 crazy guess what went next door gave me 3000 got me a nice 2017 jeep that was my down payment they promise you things by phone but then when u come there is something else he already knew my budget

Shady and unprofessional! Purchased car on Sunday and was...

Shady and unprofessional! Purchased car on Sunday and was told it would be ready the following day. Was not ready Monday, which is fine, I was in no rush. Tuesday I was told car is ready and when I tell them I am coming to pick it up I was told “before you come let me double check to make sure car has been fully serviced”. It was not! I ended up picking it up on the Wednesday, where the car did not have any bulbs for the rear blinkers, but somehow passed the NYS inspection! Also, the backup camera was not working, which was one of the main reasons we chose this car. Customer service is awful and when they talk to you, you can feel there uncaring nature. In addition, as we were looking at cars multiple cars smelled like ashtrays and have do not look like they were ready to be sold, in my opinion. They want you in and out, very impersonal. Overall, would highly recommend going to another dealership, as this experience was very frustrating and took more time away then needed.

Horrible customer service, deceiving advertising

Even though we had an appointment they had us waiting outside in the heat (inside a tent) for 40 minutes with at least 50 other people. The man receiving the clients said it has been like this for the past month, so even with an appointment go ready to wait and don't go on a hot day. We went to see a couple of Smart cars we saw on their website. Their pictures didn't show any of the damages the cars have, which were all in terrible conditions, with scratches all over and even huge marks left by the decal of GoCar (rental car company) on the hood of all of them. The car we went to see was advertised as having panorama roof, which it didn't. Don't believe their photos. At least the guy who showed us the car was nice, other than that it was a terrible terrible experience. A waste of time.

BAD BUSINESS!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I called about a specific vehicle they had listed, asked about that car only, told them I did NOT live close, I wanted to test drive that car and if all was good that I was going to trade my car in and it would have been a deal that day. I was told the car was there, that it was all good to come drive it and reassured that we could make a deal. An hour and a half drive to find out that car I asked about not only was unable to be test driven but it was unable to be sold period! The car was on a "Hold" due to mechanical / safety issues. Not only was my time completely wasted but they are falsely advertising a vehicle for sale that cannot even be sold just to get people to their dealership. That's a terrible way to do business and I would never recommend them to anyone!!Disgusting!!!!!!

Crooks that majored in Fraud and Deception

MAJOR WORLD DON'T RETURN CALLS. I PURCHASED TIRE AND RIM WARRANTY THAT WAS NEVER SUBMITTED TO COMPANY BUT DEALERSHIP TOOK THE MONEY FOR IT

Thank you Major World

Literally the best service ever. If you are looking to buy a car go straight there and please ask for Michael, he great and will be ready to help with almost anything. He works with you and I was able to walk out with a lovely Lexus. I think everyone there is great and willing to help but Michael knows what he is doing and will take a risk for his customer.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it for a most 2 weeks till I got a day off from work and took it to the car service, they "fix the ploblem" but a week after I got more mechanical problems. I checked the market and they have the car for 7500 and they sold it to me for 15000 "with all the discounts". I recommend you to check the market first and go to one of these dealerships in NJ, the have good prices.!

Huge selection

Great experience with my salesman Richard and Ricardo the finance manager answered all my questions and was very patient with me, talese in the insurance department was also a great help I definitely recommend ppl to come here and see for yourself!!!
