I got lied to.

I was on the website and saw a car. I later called them and asked if it didn't have any damage and accident record I will come and see it. While I was on the phone i was put on hold after the manger said that the car was clear and that i could come. But when i got to their store 2 hours away from home it ended up having damage and accident records. I was lied to.

New even got seen!

I came in today to check out a car i have been looking out online. The appointment was for 12. As soon as I came in I was greeted and was told I would be taken care of. In total I was there for about 2hrs. Never got to see the car or anything. On top of that the same sales man who said he would take care of me told me he was too busy for me. So after a few hours of waiting to check out a car I was really interested in I left. Please do yourself a favor and never go here.

This is the 5th car I buy from major world, was a nice experience even tho we always wait a little long, Arturo was our salesman and he wasn’t great, I recommend him if you come to major world

I went in to buy a used car was very limited on what I can spend my sales associate Michael Clee was outstanding he helped me all the way threw very caring and got me into a very nice car I am so happy with his services he was fast made sure everything was getting done that I was happy even when I had to wait for my paper work and he was very busy he still made time to let me know he was working on my sale some places just leave you sitting and waiting for hours not even giving you an update Michel was not like that he made sure I knew what my status was every step of the way he is an amazing sales person he made sure he got me a car in my budget and that I was happy with anyone Loki g to purchase a car go see Michael Clee at major world Long Island city he works with you makes you feel comfortable very professional and caring.

Arturo was the best

2008 rav4 black is a scam

I called for 2008 Toyota rav4 I was told that the car is in prefect condition that I should come over to negotiate the price I traveled 2h.30minitue to get and find out that the car I actually wanted was not a running car everything was rusted it look like a flood damaged car . I was so upset . after all that one of they guy started showing me some other cars that I did not want to get .please be aware .. they still have that car listed online 2008 T0YOTA RAV4 BLACK COLOR FOR 4995 DO NOT FALL FOR IT ITS A SCAM just a way to get you in their dealership

Buyer and seller beware!

Took my old car in to trade for a Jeep, the was no organisation at all and the whole process took about 10hrs. As we were finally preparing to leave I had to go look for the sales rep. myself because we still had no title and he had been gone for about an hour with zero messages or communication. When I finally found Alphonso he explained that my car had a lean (there wasn't) and that they wouldn't be able to take the car until Chase sends them the lean release. Then comes the part where they ask for $300 for the cost of the trade in, but they say that the car can stay, and they will honor the trade once the release comes. Now for now fun, because the trade in was the original deal we now have to start and sign all of the paperwork again without my car and wait another hour for the office's to re print all of the forms. Sooo... 1 week later I get a message from Alphonso telling me "I thought you were picking up the Escape on Friday. General motors will charge you a fee for storage"!.. suddenly they are wanting more money for the car they were supposed to be buying from me! Remember, I already paid them another $300 to buy my own car back out of the deal until they got the title and now they want to charge me for the car they said they would keep. When I got the tracking # and looked it up, the title had already been delivered to them 2 days prior. The jeep had serious wheel balance and wheel alignment issues which when I brought it up his reply was "Is the truck driveable". It shook badly, and was near impossible to drive in a straight line because it was driving diagonally (This also cost us over $200 to fix). It has now been over a month since our initial transaction. They gained the title and kept the Ford Escape but have not paid us for it. Both myself and my wife have messaged and called, asking for the payment, but so far all have been ignored. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. 1 star is 1 star too many.

They Are The WORST!!!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I am a first time car buyer who purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX on June 22nd from Major World Auto. When purchasing the vehicle I was informed that there was an accident on the report however it was a minor accident and the necessary repairs were made. About two days later the brakes on the car failed. I almost crash because of this. I immediately went to a local mechanic and PAID to have the car inspected. They found that the brakes and rotons needed to be changed and the car is unaligned, and most outrageously the accident report was a major accident that would significantly reduce the value of the car. I returned the car that very day to the dealership and they refused to give me a refund and insisted that I drive a faulty car home because they would not keep the car. I took the car back the following day and the manager that I spoke to previously did not show up, infact I was informed that he called out. I allowed them to fix the car which they said would take about an hour and a half. An hour and a half and the vehicle still not fixed, they took about 4 hours and after I recieved the vehicle it was still driving wobbly. I will have to go back to them about it again.I feel extremely drained doing this because I am now suffering from PTSD from the near crash experience from the faulty brakes and having to miss work multiply days to take the car to be fixed is extremely challenging. I had was to spend the day without food because I thought the car would take an hour and a half to be fixed but I was only able to eat 5hours after causing my blood sugar to plummet and can be dangerous to my health. The main point of my complaint however, is to question the safety of the overall vehicle. Since I also suspect that the odometer was tampered with. I am unsure of how the car was able to pass inspection and receive a sticker with all the listed problems. I suspect fraud and I would like this to be investigated. Amazing experience

I came a year ago to buy a Nissan Altima this time I’m taking a Nissan Rogue for my daughter and Arturo help us so much in the process, I really recommend Arturo and Laura
