For the time my husband and I met Cassandra, we felt welcomed. She knew exactly what we were looking for and our price point. Cassandra went above and beyond to not only to help us get the car we wanted but she was able to deliver by giving it to us at the price we negotiated. With everything said and done we were able to go home with our new NX with special thanks to Cassandra.

Poor attitude and service
Since I bought the car the Bluetooth hasn't worked properly. I brought it in for service but nothing was ever done. They keep calling me for me to bring the car in for general service and since I'm not near the dealership they offered to pick up the car which I thought was very nice but when they came to get my car they wouldn't provide a loaner because my wife's name isn't on the insurance card even though it's on the policy . When I called my broker he said that her name on the insurance card wasn't necessary . So it was a wasted morning When I called the dealership to speak to the service manager I didn't receive a call till 3 days later and he couldn't care less. I called Lexus and they also couldn't care less. This. Was my 4th and last Lexus.

Terrible in every way
This dealership is the worst I have ever visited. Where should I start? Service. I have had a two Lexus serviced here. One of them was used, and the other was a leased car. Both of them were fine, and they lied about the services that needed to be done. They never fixed one issue that I presented to them, and I gave them evidence of the problems. Sales. They said I needed services that I didn't need, and they weren't correct about the extent that I needed services. I went to another dealer and they said I only needed one of them, instead of the other other $2000 of charges they wanted to charge me. This wasn't the honest difference in differing experiences, but a clear attempt to charge for work they couldn't do. Even Lexus webpage said that some of the charges they were attempting to do was not only not needed but impossible to do. Employees. Every employee here is terrible. Not one of them did anything close to their job, and in fact, they found ways to be terrible at their job. Friendly conversations with them did not fix the issue. They don't care about their attitude, their customers time, or anything else that you will want from them. Anyone who gives this place anything other than a terrible rating is a paid endorsement. They gave me my car back with it being in pieces, and still in diagnostic mode. They didn't even finish the job, to work they never fixed. I will never buy a Lexus again, and they are just one more terrible Lexus dealer.

Poor Customer Service
This dealership deserves 0 stars. The worst customer service that I've ever experienced from a car dealership. I'm an out of state buyer of a used car and their salesmen Sonny Yep misrepresented and flat out lied about the condition of the car. Avoid that guy at all costs. And a general manager Eugene Woods that will not even return your calls or emails. Avoid these folks as they treat you like garbage. If you're in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

First off let me say that I have been very impressed with how smoothly everything went at Bay Ridge Lexus. I have always been a customer of Cadillac and had over eight of them in my years since driving. That being said this was my first experience with Lexus and it was a very pleasant one. As you know, my family and I dealt with Calvin, who was outstanding. Also, the Manager Angelo was fantastic as well. They both helped me with my trade which was a 2010 Escalade. We loved everything about the experience and transaction. The professionalism and courtesy that those two men showed me and my family has been unmatched. We also love everything about the RX. Lexus has definitely made me and my family customers for a long time to come.

Very happy with this dealer
I went to this dealer looking for a used car for my teenage daughter which wasn't an easy task. The sales person (Cindy Rivera) was very patient, helpful and took her time showing us various options. Even though we didn't get a car from them I was very happy with their service to us and in the future I would go back.

Just stopped by to check prices on 2017 RX 350 . Salesman was not professional . Just wasted my time . Would not go there anymore and would not recommend.

ZERO Professionalism!!
My husband and I had scheduled to test drive a car at this dealership but when we went, we were highly disappointed. Why? You can't test drive a car that has TWO flat tires!! We didn't just 'show up', we were sent an email (by Aladdin) asking to confirm that we were going to show up to test drive the car. I wouldn't have been as upset if we didn't drive all the way from Long Island to Brooklyn. When we asked Abe, the salesman who was "helping" us, why did we confirm on test driving a car when it's not available to be test driven, his response was "how do you expect to drive a car with two flat tires?'. REALLY?!? We told him that we had an appointment and if there was anyone who could put some air in the tires, he told us that 'no one works on Saturday, you will have to come back'. I should have realized that this dealership wasn't professional when the receptionist was sitting on the desk on her cell phone. I'll definitely be taking my business else where. *UPDATE* I did take my business else where ... Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. I'm happy to say that I purchased my Lexus RX 350 with a top notch salesman who was very personable and professional. *THANK YOU KEVIN LOSEE for your overall excellent service!!!!*
