The WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE I will spend my money elsewhere

I wanted to buy a 460l out right I called left messages 17 times and was spoken to very rude. I have a choice where I spend my money. I took a look at the reviews and now understand why.

Your whole team needs Customer service training. When the phone rings that is a customer which helps pay the bills. Steve tried his best to get them to help me . My business will go to another dealer when a customer states they wan t to buy that is why you hire sales staff period.

POOR Customer Service

The amount of unprofessionalism and Customer service I experienced trying to buy a car is just plain SICK. I cannot train the staff. But I do have a choice where I spend my MONEY and it will not be at LEXUS OF BROOKLYN..

Great experience !

I originally bought my wife an RX lexus and Thomas Hutton-mills was my salesman. Not for one second did I feel pressured or was anyone pushing me at all. Thomas went above and beyond to accommodate me. He gave me many different options without feeling pressurred or hassled . He did such an amazing job and made the overall experience so great that a week later I decided to buy myself a 2017 GS lexus for myself! If anyone is looking for a Lexus go visit Thomas over at lexus of Brooklyn, you will be very pleased !

Awful!!!

Worst car dealer ever. They don't care about your questions. They want to know when they can pressure you into a sale.

They said will get back to me.. weeks ago already

Sales Cindy rushed me to pick up the car and left no time to final test drive. After leaving the dealer. Called her to complaint problems. She told me will get back to me about a broken side mirror, 2 bend wheels, and a small part missing. Did not happen. I emailed the general manager and got an email to apologize and promised again get back to me. 4 weeks went by. No one contacted.this is my 5th Lexus. But last one from Bayridfe Lexus at Brooklyn.

John Pagano and Team

We just bought our 3rd Lexus from John and his associates at Bay Ridge Lexus. Professional, helpful, no high pressure to push a deal and very considerate of our time. Always a pleasure to work with and we recommend John and this dealership. Also, the service center is very efficient, professional and a pleasant space to wait while the car us serviced.

The car is bad serviced

the car came back from shop second time the the rear cargo met was stolen front regs stolen

After i did repair of my car

I notice the rear cargo met was stolen and front reg was stolen i lost 300 .Do not give you car for body work the shop is dishonest.

Anywhere but here

Horrible business practices. Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I won't even take my car for service there now. I prefer to drive the extra 25 miles.

buting or leasing lexus here is a pleasure

Just leased a new lexus NX . Everyone at Bay Ridge was a pleasure to deal with from valet to John Pagano, our sales rep as well as the the rest of the staff.No selling pressure just offers of courtesy and willingness to help. They were aggressive in price and outstanding in service. Actual price turned out to the penny what was initially stated. Thank you John Pagano.
