Mea Culpa
I just got a new RX350 and got on the dealer because there was no cargo net and it was taking too long to get it and I gave them a bad review here. This is a retraction of that review since I did get the net and then found out that I wasn't entitled to it since it had to be ordered as an option. Once I got the net and then found out later I wasn't entitled to it, I offered to pay for it and my salesman, John Pagano wouldn't accept the additional payment.

Horrible service
I have been a customer since 1992 and recently picked up a new car (my 9th lexus) and they did not have the cargo net in the car. When I realized it several days later, I contacted the dealer and he was supposed to take care of it. To make a long story short, I have contacted the salesman several times, I contacted the sales manager, and I contacted Lexus customer service and it is now 7 weeks later and I still do not have a cargo net. The general manager promised to overnight it to me 4 days ago and still don't have it. Lexus Customer Service opened a case against Bay Ridge Lexus but even they don't get back to me with answers

Outstanding pre-owned car purchase experience
Abe Ibrahim, my sales consultant at Bay Ridge Lexus, was very professional, polite and helpful in my pre-owned Lexus car purchase. Since I live in other state, he helped me to check out the car I inquired, provided all the details, had a technician check the car, and even gave me a very good deal over the phone. That allowed me to make the purchase decision before seeing the car in person. When I arrived at the dealership, Abe provided excellent service to help me through the process and went the extra miles to prepare the car very well for delivery. When I had a minor problem to register my car and called Abe two weeks later, he responded quickly to help me to resolve the issue. Professional , Honest and Nice

bought my lexus es 350 at bayridge dealer. the whole staff were very professional and made you feel at home. It was a very cozy environment. "Best car buying experience"
My parents and I visited Bay Ridge Lexus to buy a brand new Lexus SUV on August 28th. We couldn't have been any happier with my car and quality of service and sale provided by Sal. On August 31st, We ended up getting 2 Lexus NX SUVs. Sal was professional, very polite and answered any questions during sales & post sales. Great pricing for my new LEXUS!!!
Came in looking for a car from here that i saw in those sexy commercials. me and my friend were speaking with Cindy when we arrived and she provided us with information about a car that fits our lifestyle.
