Mary was absolutely amazing! She’s very friendly and kind. Most importantly though she’s very knowledgeable. She knew about all the new tech stuff in the car and explained what they all did. She made the car buying experience go quick and easy. We’ve been going to Sherman Dodge for a LONG time, and I’m so glad we have Mary there. Definitely recommend you see her if you go there!

Their prices are deceptive, no disclaimers are on their webpage concerning incentives is based on credit scores.... I was very upset that I drove from the south suburbs to Skokie, just to get slapped in the face with the deal they presented. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I had been having a reoccurring issue with my Jeep Cherokee. Specifically, a creaking noise that initially would start sounding occasionally upon altered terrain and then slowly turned into an annoyance as the sound became more noticeable, frequent, and louder with time. While it did take a number of times to finally pinpoint the issue, Sherman Dodge was great about getting me in and getting me out with another vehicle so I could return to my schedule. I appreciated the follow up, the customer service, and attention to my specific issue. While it can be a drive to return to Sherman Dodge, I make the journey because I can trust they will take care of my vehicle. Alex, Kurt, and Nikko each provide great service and make you appreciate purchasing a vehicle there.

I want to say that Sam Garner was a pleasure to work with regarding the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Compass. He made sure I got the car I wanted and worked with me to in terms of my budget.

Main problem with car: water getting into car trunk because of clogged sunroof draining mechanism. This is what I told the "greeter". He said that it would be 150.00 for diagnostics. I told him I had extended warranty (purchased there and I was told EVERYTHING WAS COVERED) on the car and he said this was not covered. I asked him to check and then he said that what I am still paying for was no longer effective!He said if he called to check for benefits, it would be considered as an encounter and therefore I would have to pay. None of his logic made sense. Then he said that there is a drain in the trunk but it was too difficult to get to it. I decided to take the car home the same way I brought it in and I was 150.00 poorer. If I bring the car back, I would have to pay the 150 again!

Good people to deal with , friendly atmosphere, They very well appreciated in the end a good and repeat customer like my husband and me . We will continue the same relationship
