Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Wouldn’t wish this dealership on my worst enemy only time you should be going here is if you’re pre-approved and it’s for a new car. They do not hold up there the end of their bargain. They don’t value their warranty and if you buy a used car and after it goes wrong after a month, they’ll tell you “it’s a used car. What do you expect?“

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

If you are looking for a good dealership, you might want to visit my new friend, Angelo, at Sherman Dodge in Skokie. I hesitated about traveling 41 miles to meet yet "another sales guy" to get an estimate on my accessible van that we used to transport my daughter in. I truly enjoyed my visit to Sherman Dodge yesterday! I've never said that about any other car dealer. Angelo was excellent. Each time he passed thru the waiting area, he had a genuine (not a sales-guy) smile and very informative about what was going on. By the time I left, I truly trusted him! I've already told several friends about the dealership (even though it's 40 miles away from where I live). Everyone agreed you do business right even when a sale is not involved!
