I bought my car from Sherman Dodge, and I couldn’t be happier! They were very understanding and gave me a great deal!

I Had a terrible experience with the Sherman dealership in Skokie. It's truly disappointing that I had such a terrible time dealing with them. It's unacceptable that a vehicle I purchased a year and a half ago from them has been giving me so many problems and has required multiple repairs in such a short period of time. The fact that the dealership returned my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it is completely inexcusable. It's even more outrageous that they expect me to foot the bill for the additional damages when the car is supposed to be covered by a 3-year warranty. This kind of behavior is not only dishonest but also a clear betrayal of their responsibility to provide you with a reliable and safe vehicle. It's clear from my experience that this dealership cannot be trusted, and it's deeply concerning that they have been so negligent and unprofessional in handling my concerns. Customers should be able to rely on dealerships to provide them with quality products and stand behind their warranties, but it seems that Sherman dealership in Skokie has failed to do so in my case. It's essential that potential customers are aware of my experience and steer clear of this dealership to avoid falling victim to their deceitful and unethical business practices. They ate liars, thieves, scammers!

Cons: -They sent me home with a car that only had 1/2 tank of gas, unfortunately, I didn't realize until I was halfway home. I contacted them about the issue but aside from automatic email replies they haven't shown much interest. I returned their call and they replied with another automatic email response. -End price ended up being 6k more than the asking price without explanation. -Even after agreeing to purchase the bogus add-on insurance from the financer he still wouldn't let up and get the ball rolling and just kept talking about all the benefits we'll have with it. I should have walked out then but I was just so tired from all the waiting around, which I assume is a common business practice. -Management is nice and accommodating but unfortunately, you spend more time with other people and not them. There's clearly some xxxxty business practices going on here, including the financer rudely judging the fact that I keep cars for a very long time and outright stating that his phone bill is about the same price as my monthly payment on the car will be as if that means anything to me and my personal finances. Pro: -Fair INITIAL price according to KBB

I drove 2 hours to come see a vehicle that could not test drive that’s something that should be told via phone prior to coming.

I made the mistake of buying here, I had an issue with my Jeep within the first week I took it in they refused to give a loaner out. Then about a month later my Jeep needed more repair, the service advisor acted like an a55hole, and said we can’t give a rental out. I took it to Marino Jeep with no issues. I will never shop here again.

The price shown and the vehicles actual cost was substantially higher than advertised.I went through the the trouble applying for credit, took a hit on my credit report only to find out afterwards about the73000 dollar increase. Please don't bait and switch.
