Your finance man Frank had me for a 60 month loan an iam signing and reading everything . When that is s done he puts it on a card and i asked for a print out. No one wants to put the card in there reader because of virus concerns. So i go back a few days later and he printed it out. NO MORE 60 MONTHS NOW ITS. 75 MONTH . THAT IS SOME DIRTY xxxx. SO HE IS O. VACATION.IM FILING TO THE BBB THIS SNEAKY xxxxx AINT RIGHT

Very pleased with our Sherman Dodge experience. Martin Kuprowski was our sales person and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. I can't say that about all sales people we've encountered over the years so that was refreshing. The experience was efficient and everyone in the process was highly professional. Sherman is 40 miles from our home but we wouldn't hesitate coming back when it's time for our next car. And when we do we will probably seek our Martin.

All employees were courteous and friendly. All requested work was done, but I was not updated in the timeframe I was told I would be.

Great quick service, it was great seeing my buddy Sam Gardner as we have been buying cars from him for years. Devin was our service guy who kept us informed thru the process. And guy me in quickly as I made a appointment. The problem I had was one of the salesman on the outside salesfloor was constantly asking me a million questions why I was here and what I was doing today. I know it's his job to do that but needs to know when to stop , we was looking at all the great cars while we waited for our recall to be performed. All and all great service.

Salesperson Darius was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to deliver. Reggie is awesome, he was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return when I need to purchase another vehicle and recommend Sherman dealership to everyone. They have great products and impeccable service.

Very bad services I told my car and they told me the car. Fail the oil consumption test on Friday and next Monday they said something different, I do not back again

Service was prompt and courteous. Can't really complain about anything. The gentleman who helped me was top notch even when I made a mistake of my own which I locked myself out of the rental but he went beyond and helped me to resolve the problem quickly. I would recommend Sherman Dodge service to anyone.

Excellent service great cars and reasonably priced I loved every moment of my time spent there it was well worth it the price could have been a lil better but I’m happy
