Overall Good but Communication Could Improve
I have previously given Rallye Lexus service a five star rating and an excellent review. I downgraded the rating this time because I did not receive a response to a follow up question. The question was regarding the Quality Vehicle Inspection report that I received with past service appointments that was not provided with this service visit. The report showed the results of the multi-point inspection; i.e. interior/exterior, under vehicle, under hood, battery, and brake and tire wear, I noticed that the Quality Vehicle Inspection report was missing when I returned home after picking up the vehicle from service. I called and emailed Rallye Lexus service requesting a copy of the report. I did not receive the report, or a response to my call, or to my email.

Overall good service. Only annoying thing was I pulled in from opposite direction (with no other customers around) and instead of checking my car in they told to get back in the car and turn around. Couldn’t take the extra step guys.

on my second car now from this location. Always great customer service. They never disappoint! Highly recommend Lexus for great cars and especially this location for great service

Nothing but Perfection
I have been going to this dealership for all my Lexus needs for the past 8 to 9 years. I have never had am issue with the dealership. They have always been helpful and accommodating. I was even able to get a loaner car without making reservations. Everytime I visit, I see my sales rep for 2 of my cars Mr. Kevin Losee. We have become such great friends that my kids call him Uncle Losee. He has been a great Sales Rep. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.... as a matter of fact.... the total opposite. You will not regret this dealership whether it's for the service or for sales or for the Starbucks coffee albeit it's from a machine.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful. New car was ready on time as promised. Have used service center for a few years. Very happy with that part too.

Great Dealership!
I have leased 5 cars from Rallye Lexus and couldn't recommend this dealership higher! Bob Heyman is an outstanding salesman who always tries to do the right thing and get the best deal for his customers. Rallye's service department is terrific with extremely knowledgeable service advisors and technicians. I wouldn't have my cars serviced anywhere else. I have always been extremely pleased with Rallye Lexus. Highly recommended!

Excellent visit
30k service on my GS 350 Excellent all around from making appointment to end of service. Timing for service was a bit over an hour, had time for a newspaper and nicely supplied breakfast at Rallye.
