Service was beyond exceptional. I had a very an unsual issue and the entire service team: customere service, director, manager and technicians very patiently talked to me about the details of the issue, fixed it and volinteered to helped me to readjust settings. Very forthcoming. I am very impressed about how service utilized all available resources to ensure my daily life was not disrupted in any way.
