Had a great experience with Rallye Lexus and especially our sales person Lauren Hu. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring of our wants and desires in regard to our vehicle and concerns. Highly recommend her.

I had the most amazing experience here and it's all because of our sales rep. Lauren was so knowledgeable, patient, and was able to recommend us the best car for what we needed. She took the time to understand what we wanted for our next car, explained the pros and cons of each vehicle, and never once pressured us to make a decision. When we finally decided, she made the process a breeze. Walked us through every step, managed our expectations, and stayed in close contact until our car was ready. Once it was ready, delivery was once again a breeze. I cannot recommend Lauren enough and will only ever purchase from her. Do yourself a favor and ask for Lauren!
