Service was done in a timely manner and service staff at check in was very friendly. Also loaner vehicle was same as my car. Joanna was excellent.

I love my experience with Rallye Lexus, I have bought a few Lexus from them and still have two in my driveway, love the professional staff, very knowledgable with issues. Great serive experience, No problem getting a loaner which makes things seamless..

All staff always professional & knowledgeable w/slightest issue. I’ve had frozen gas cap, low tire issues. I’ve had tutorials on settings of destination & phone.

Superb service and follow through
Not only did the super service occur but when I head a fan noise occur it was taken care of while I waited the next day. Without charge only a big smile by everyone by all!

Picking up my new Nx was absolutely seamless!
On my appointment day to pick up my new NX our salesman could not be present. The dealership was totally prepared we found pickup to be absolutely seamless, and they were prepared to give us our briefing with the car technology. I recall other Lexus dealerships taking much longer and we have a comparison I have had 5 other Lexus Rx350. Customer service here right up to the manager is all about customer satisfaction. Management runs a very efficient dealership.
