Awesome service

Getting my car serviced is easy and fast at Rallye. Everyone is so professional and nice. My car comes out perfectly serviced and washed. Thanks for the fun loaner cars, it’s always nice getting to drive the other models.

Greatest Service

Rallye Motors service is always the best service. Every detail is reviewed, repaired, and explained, by the Service Coordinator, Rob Carlson. He is constantly in touch with me as my car is reviewed & repaired. He also text me when my car would be ready for pickup. The loaner car was a brand new Mercedes GLS. Fantastic Service experience at Rallye.

Repairs

I keep bringing cars in for repair and then another problem occurs , the window now seems to be off the track ! The window opens but when it closes we have a huge problem !

would've liked an E63 loaner for my E55 but can't complain

brought my 2005 E55 in for the classic mid 00s E-Class fuel smell outside the car, worked with Katie Lyons who was very friendly and professional. my final bill was $0 including the loaner since this was a recall, and rallye didn't try to sell me any additional services despite how easy it would've been on an AMG that's (mostly) out of warranty. assuming all this passes review and gets published, anyone who sees this and has an E-Class from this era don't wait too long! the warranty for the fuel tank components is 15 years so anyone with a 2003 or 2004 don't miss your chance! if you got this service done and paid out of pocket, you're likely entitled to reimbursement, so unless money is unlimited definitely consider this. i'd recommend that one get their mercedes serviced here except that it's still a dealership and unless it's for free i almost always say stay clear of them. especially if your car is really fast and/or stick shift, since you can bet that some inexperienced valet kid will move it unsupervised at some point and try to have fun with it lol... i would! also darwin in parts is terrible and gave me the wrong stuff again but oh well. everything worked out (as far as i know) though and i'm happy. rallye seriously has a top notch facility and just walking through the property is a bit of a treat in itself! thanks again to Katie.
