My SL55 AMG went in its first service on Wednesday and I am extremely pleased with the service and organization of how it was handled was excellent. The service rep, Nick explained everything and I was provided a loaner which was clean and just what I needed to get back home. I live 60 miles east of the dealership but I will continue servicing there for the expertise and no nonsense car service I received. The return and pick up of the car was equally organized giving me the invoice ahead of time so it was paid when I went in and I got a cappuccino from their fabulous coffee machine. Then signed the invoice and waited for my car to be delivered to me. The whole process was 5 minutes! The car was cleaned interior and exterior and running great and I extremely satisfied! Great job and even though it is an hour ride each way you have got me as a steady customer!
