Rallye's Service Department has gone out of their way to
Rallye's Service Department has gone out of their way to resolve the problem with my Mercedes. I wish that I could say the same for Mercedes corporate, who has not been so easy to work with! Rallye makes it easy to schedule service and doesn't make you wait forever if you need a loaner. Check in and check out is fast and easy, and communication on service status is timely. Both Nick, my Service Advisor and Gary, the Service Manager, are great to work with.
