Had the best service experience. I was in and out and was able to get back to work very quickly. Everyone was courteous and professional. The gentleman who sold the car to me even stopped by to say hello (he’s the best)! The service advisor that was recommended to me was very nice and knowledgeable.

From New York to Alabama!
My experience with Rallye Motors and Vitor Cosme was outstanding from beginning to end! After totaling my 2014 Mercedes CLS 550 in August of 2018, I needed to purchase another car. I knew I wanted another 2014 Mercedes CLS 550, but while searching online I quickly found out it was almost impossible to find the same car I had with the same color scheme which was black on almond mocha.I found a lot of online dealers who had that car on their website, but when I called them, none of them actually had it in stock. After calling a bunch of dealers all over the US, I finally found Rallye motors. I was lucky to get Victor on the line. The car was in stock (because apparently they keep their website up to date) and Victor was happy and helpful throughout the entire sales process. When the car arrived on a transport truck in front of my house in Birmingham, I was thrilled! The car was immaculately detailed. It looked brand new! And Victor continued to help me even after the sale was over. I had a flat tire and he told me he already had me registered for Mercedes Benz roadside assistance. They came to my house and changed the tire for me! He even helped me again when I called him from the DMV at 8:00 am one morning while trying to get the car registered. The Alabama DMV was telling me I couldn't register the car because I didn't have the correct paperwork. Victor offered to speak to the woman himself. Turns out I did have the correct paperwork, which of course Victor knew I had everything I needed! Rallye Motors is a top notch dealer in my book.I received a beautiful and immaculate Mercedes Benz and I had a wonderful salesman who followed up with me and was there for me when I needed him. When you order a car sight unseen, you really have to trust that the salesperson on the other end of the line is going to be honest with you about the condition of the car. Victor was honest with me, and honesty is the #1 quality you want in a salesperson. If I ever buy another Mercedes, I will definitely call Victor Cosme at Rallye Motors!

Its time for by monthly visit.
I have an S550 and thank god I purchased the tire insurance. These cars are awesome but the tires they put on them are useless. I am at this dealership on an monthly basis (and now this month starting 2xs a month) for the same issue. My rear tire will not hold air because the rim was damaged by a pot hole. Instead of replacing the rim which I have requested multiple times they just send it out to be "repaired". The "repair" usually only lasts from 2 to 4 weeks (this time about a week and a half) before the tire starts to lose air. You would figure that after the first 2 or 3 times they would just replace the rim but they don't so I am heading back again. The only reason why I keep going back is because it is at no cost to me because of the insurance and I get a loaner car while they try to "fix" it.

The people as well as the service were outstanding.
The sale of the certified pre-owned car could not have been easier. The personnel (Trisha Devine) was extremely helpful regarding the sale, the few dings that had to be fixed as well as the shipment of the car to Atlanta.

Nail in tire
Got tire fixed while waited in the “lounge” I wish it could have taken them faster to patch and repair. However, it got done. Overall, a nice experience and great team

Excellent Experience
At first I was unsure that a Mercedes was the right car for me. Jimmy Myung let me take it for a test ride with no pressure. I could not stop thinking about this car! When I returned Jimmy made me feel very comfortable. He joked that he didn't think he was going to see me again. We signed the lease agreement that day. Jimmy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have leased cars from several dealers, the delivery of the car was one of the most pleasant experiences I ever had. Jimmy was organized and efficient.
