Great service

I found it very convenient for me because ford is near my job. Also the staff is very friendly .. The work was done well and in time for me to pick my car up right after work.. Over all great service.

Lincoln Recall (airbag/trunk-lid discrepancies)

I am quite pleased in the way Stevens Ford addressed the two Recall items pertaining to my MKZ lease. The staff was very helpful and diligent in getting my vehicle back to me in such a short period of time (1/2day)...BRAVO..!!

new car experience

I purchased a ford escape. Lew Riedel was our sales person and he was very good. He explained all the workings of the dash. He let me drive the car. He was not pushy or overbearing. He was extremely helpful showing me how to use the navigation system. The staff was also helpful.

Recent experience

The care and attention to the customer was excellent. Ryan at Steven's Ford is very affable and friendly - this was my third interaction with him and I commend his ability to make each customer feel special by not making them wait and taking the time to explain any delay in the transaction as well as keeping us updated, offering coffee and a snack, all those little extra things that make dealing with a dealership less daunting. I have recently become widowed and Ryan treated me with as much respect as he would had my husband been there. He worked out an even better deal than my last least .. which shows again that he cares about his clients. Thank you to Steven's Ford for always being the tops! Susan A. Karas

Great service.

Everyone was very helpful & courteous. Work was performed on time , with the least amount of waiting . There was coffee & pastries in the costumers lounge.

I would like to thank Bob Freire, Dennis from finance and Dave the manager of Steven's Ford. Your staff gave us a second chance and worked hard for us because of our situation. I've had plenty of experiences with dealer ships and by far the staff at Steven's Ford has been OUTSTANDING! That's not just because we were able to lease an Explorer. They were understanding and compassionate and made it work for us. Thank you for a great experience.
