Waited over two weeks for an appointment finally bring my car in Friday 8:30 am and left I was informed I would be notified when car was ready by 4:45 no call I called them and was told my car had not even been looked at and they were closing at 5:45 . I was offered two options come and pick up car make another appt for service or leave the car there over the weekend and perhaps it would get fixed sometime next week. Extremely bad business. When I arrived it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence no apology for wasting my time and car still not done . I would advise anyone considering them go at your own risk. I will move on and find a Ford Dealership that appreciates my business.

Jordan Shein was perhaps the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with in all the car purchases/leases I have executed. I had ordered a Mach 1 which Jordan felt that since there was no indication as to when the car would be built, I was in danger of having my order cancelled by Ford. He had brought to my attention another Mach 1 which was delivered to the Dealer stock. He called to explain the situation. I promptly visited the dealership and was able to accept this car and cancel my original order. Had it not been for Jordan, I would have wasted several months and would probably have to begin the process over. He arranged with other dealer staff an exception to normal protocol so that I was able to take delivery on a Sunday which made the process easier for me. Upon delivery, Jordan took all the time needed to fully explain all the functionality on the car and was thorough until I understood each setting. I am very please with my new car. Since I recently retired, this was a retirement present to myself, so it was an extra special purchase. I would recommend Jordan to anyone I know who is planning on getting a new car.
