We were extremely satisfied and happy with our experience at Hassett. The staff at Hassett always goes above and beyond any other car dealerships. We can ask any question without feeling intimidated. They are all very knowledgeable and there goal is definitely to please the customer. We have and will continue to recommend Hassett to all of our friends and family.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Most recently I spoke with Steve Kotler about ordering a new Lincoln . Gave him all the info he needed. And several times during the phone con I had to stop him from jumping in and speaking over me while I was still talking Anyway he told me he’d get back to me within 10 minutes with a quote - he never got back to me. Then a week later I got a voicemail from him asking me where I was on ordering a new vehicle when he never quoted me as promised - unprofessional, undisciplined and untrained . Two years prior I spoke with Alex or ordering a new car. He told me he’d call me back in two months when they started coming in and even made a note to himself on his pc to call me. He never called me, I then visited him and he said the vehicle I wanted wasn’t available after assuring me two months earlier that it would be. I was very unhappy about wasting 2 months and went to another dealership for a vehicle.! You cannot trust the sales force at Hassett And not only do they lack polish in their communication but they can be rude and disrespectful like Steve. Go to any other dealer and you’ll have a better experience.

I visited Hassett on behalf of my company picking up a vehicle from Jordan S. He was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful in getting everything set up for me. Would certainly revisit when the time comes for me to make a new purchase!

John Fanuzzi is the BEST !!!! He treats you with respect, honesty, and loyalty. He is a real gentleman and a sweetheart. He really knows his stuff and everything he does is just perfect. This past November Jordan helped me lease a 2021 Lincoln Navigator. He was super helpful, no games and found something right on the lot that suited my needs. Jordan even was able to keep my almost 7 year old daughter entertained throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

In November I worked with salesman Jordan S. who got me a good lease deal on a 2021 Bronco Sport. No games. This was an easy and quick transaction working with Jordan.

I found the dealership very professional and customer friendly. we we’re always greeted and helped immediately. There was no down time. Jordan, our salesman is a great guy. He was most helpful in all aspects of the sale but very informative in regard to the tutorial he gave us on the operating system of the car. There are many things to know and he explained them very thoroughly. Also told us to contact him with any problems we might have. All in all it was a very pleasant experience

Hassett of Wantagh biggest scam artist. You know professional curtesy you think we would get. I’ve been doing this since 2006 and never experienced this crap! Ordered a bronco first edition back in July of 2020. My order was finally delivered to them in mid October, i was in contact with them all year at the store. Lied to Me over and over again saying the car didn’t land, so i run the Carfax and guess what they sold My order!! Biggest scam artist in the industry, when i called and explained how i caught them In a lie.. there response was too bad, your agreement was with ford not with us! Which isn’t true i have all confirmation with ford and the dealer including a deposit.. have you guys in this group ever done that! Bc i know we never would! Sell an order out from someone on a first edition model, our store was doing the reservations for the new wagoneer, if we sold out someone reservation we would Look our allocation to order more

This is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with John. He is very professional, personable and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy or lease a Ford or Subaru.

Dealing with Alex was a great pleasure . He responded to my phone calls promptly and we had an excellent communication. I was looking for a 2021 Lincoln Navigator in Pristine White which they had in stock but after arriving at the dealer to look at the Navigator there was one accessory that was not in the vehicle which it was important for me to have. This in no way was Alex's fault. He was very gracious , courteous and professional and if it wasn't for the fact that I needed that accessory in the Navigator I will definitely will be driving it today. But if you are looking for a nice Ford or Lincoln automobile or SUV please stop by Hassett Ford - Lincoln and ask for Alex. Next time that I will be looking for another Ford or Lincoln I will definitely make sure to deal with Alex again. He is highly recommended.
