Did a fine job with recall problem. Although less then thrilled with the grease and dirt left on my drivers side seat. Service tech never covered the seat ot steering wheel when the where in my vehicle. First time I was ever there and if this is the way they handle my vehicle I will not go back or recommend them to anybody. Especially in this day and age with covid19 all parts of my vehicle should have been covered. Obviously they give very little attention to health and safety.

I worked with Jordan Shein to lease my 2020 Lincoln Corsair and had a wonderful experience. Everything from looking at the car to picking it up to drive it home was seamless. I never felt pressured by Jordan or anyone else to purchase something that did not meet my needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Jordan really took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle to me when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Hassett Ford and Jordan.

Our salesman, John Fanuzzi, made it the best and easiest car buying experience ever! We recently leased a 2020 Ford Explorer and purchased a 2019 Ford Edge. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales is outstanding! We would highly recommend him. A shout out to Lizzy and Scott - who both were also great! Service Was great almost good.. BUT vehicle (2019) was VERY VERY Dirty.. papers,lighter, bottle etc.. even a knob missing. vehicle should have been detailed

My Escape is Fixed. The problem - the ac leak at manifold - line was now leaking from the weld at the babble. Apparently resulted in a design flaw. The service was complete and I am satisfied.

This is the 4th vehicle that I have bought form Jordan at Hassett. He is a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable about what he is selling.

From the moment I walked into the dealership they made me feel comfortable. Having practiced social distancing they still make you feel welcome. Having met with the salesperson Jordan Shein, he heard what my desires in a vehicle was and the price point I wanted. Within a half hour a deal was made. Upon delivery of the vehicle Jordan spent an appropriate amount of time to orient me with all of the personalized settings which needed to be set. He surely knows customer service.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. Made leasing my new Corsair a wonderful process. He is knowledgeable, personable and worked to get me what I needed. I couldn't ask for a smoother process!
