My Company just leased two Vans from Hassett Ford and Jordan was great and so helpful in making things happen. He would get right back to me with any questions I had and walk me through all the details. We maybe leasing another Van soon and will definitely make sure that I work with him again.

One of the best dealers in NY and I would highly recommend for purchase or repair/maintenance!! My last visit for an oil change and inspection they advised that with my low mileage oil change could be skipped! When was the last time that happened to anyone?

Just purchased my first truck and Jordan was great. He was courteous, professional and took the time to walk through all the details and information. I've had plenty of salespeople who you never see again after you get handed off to the finance person but that wasn't the case with Jordan. He took some extra time to walk us through any detail he could think of after the sale and when we first got into our new car. Highly recommended and shout out to Ricky in their insurance department. He was also super courteous and extremely helpful.

everything was handled smoothly.I had the same service writer that I had in my last visit .Again excellent service;I own 4 fords with extended service and warrantee contracts and will use this dealer again.

Dealing with Mike was easy he showed an interest in what I was looking for and made the transaction run very smoothly. The only issue I have is with the detail department The truck was far from a clean new vehicle and a disappointment in what I expected. The rear window were dirty, as well as the front windshield, the window channels on the drivers door was dirty as well.
