Hassett of Wantagh

This is my second lease from Wantagh Ford. Howard Strauss was my salesman both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. I will be back in 3 Years!

John is a true gentlemen and a very professional salesperson. He is patient and extremely genuine. He is kind, honest, and super knowledgeable. He answers all of your questions with a smile! I highly recommend John. I give him 6 stars!!!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Rae through the entire process. She was very understanding about what my goals were in leasing a car and made them happen, as well as, very informative during the pick up process.

They take you at the time of your appointment.. Suggest things but are not pushy. They complete the work in the time frame given. pleasant place to wait.

From the moment I stepped foot in the building I was ignored waiting in an area that was unattended for 10 minutes finally got up and began walking about saw a man in office eating a sandwich, A salesman on his cell phone another salesman helping someone and another salesman all the computer I asked the man in the room eating the sandwich if anyone could help me and he referred me to the salesman that was on the cell phone this did not make him happy. He clearly was annoyed and had a bad attitude immediately ...He proceeded to third- degree me for my name and email which I gave him then he proceeded to ask my sons name and email and I told him I felt that mine should suffice, he abruptly told me he couldn’t help me I asked him who the manager was he got up and said I can’t help you and walked away. I went into the man that had been eating the sandwich who turned out to be the manager and complained about his salesman he really didn’t seem to care so we left. The rudeness was simply unacceptable I will spend my money elsewhere

Everyone at the dealership was professional, helpful and efficient. John Descul is knowledgeable and he made the entire process run smoothly. A great salesperson! I highly recommend this dealership.

This is my third vehicle from them. I think they try to make a deal with you that is good for both parties. The service people are courteous.

Alex was very knowladgeable and understood what i was looking for. Alex along with Matt the sales manager worked together with me to make a deal i was very comfortable with. I came to Hassett thru word of mouth as i was VERY DISPLEASED with my former dealership from which I purchased two Subarus. The staff at Hassett is very customer service orientated and I hope it continues that way
