2020 Escape

This is my second lease from Wantagh Ford. Howard Strauss was my salesman both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. I will be back in 3 Years!

professionalism in service

They take you at the time of your appointment.. Suggest things but are not pushy. They complete the work in the time frame given. pleasant place to wait.

Ford is MY vehicle and Rich Perissi is MY guy!

Rich Perissi is one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to Hassett to lease a car for myself and another for my wife. We?re on our third round of car leases at Hassett. Rich is never slick or overbearing like many care salespeople. It?s like going back to a friend and he makes the process smooth and trouble free. The dealership is always spotless and bright and Ford?s vehicles are second to none. We?ve been leasing Fords since 1993. Every lease cycle brings more great features and innovations.

Stopped in with the intention of purchasing two vehicles

From the moment I stepped foot in the building I was ignored waiting in an area that was unattended for 10 minutes finally got up and began walking about saw a man in office eating a sandwich, A salesman on his cell phone another salesman helping someone and another salesman all the computer I asked the man in the room eating the sandwich if anyone could help me and he referred me to the salesman that was on the cell phone this did not make him happy. He clearly was annoyed and had a bad attitude immediately ...He proceeded to third- degree me for my name and email which I gave him then he proceeded to ask my sons name and email and I told him I felt that mine should suffice, he abruptly told me he couldn’t help me I asked him who the manager was he got up and said I can’t help you and walked away. I went into the man that had been eating the sandwich who turned out to be the manager and complained about his salesman he really didn’t seem to care so we left. The rudeness was simply unacceptable I will spend my money elsewhere

A much imnproved expierience than with another dealership

Alex was very knowladgeable and understood what i was looking for. Alex along with Matt the sales manager worked together with me to make a deal i was very comfortable with. I came to Hassett thru word of mouth as i was VERY DISPLEASED with my former dealership from which I purchased two Subarus. The staff at Hassett is very customer service orientated and I hope it continues that way
