HORRIBLE SERVICE AFTER LEASED NEW LINCOLN NAVIGATR FROM THEM
We drove all the way out to Long Island from Greenwich, CT to purchase or lease a new 2018 Lincoln Navigator from these guys. The sales woman, who knew nothing about the car upon arrival, happily leased it to us anyway - despite not being able to answer a single question on it during test drive- as we already knew all the stats we went ahead and made the deal and took it home anyway. The salesperson promised us she would work on getting a Media kit for our kids for the back of the car (TV screens for the DVD player) which she was going to order, and also help with new RIMS for the tires to be switched out before they were worn, so we wouldn't have to pay 3 or 4K for new ones (that ship has saled now because now our rims are worn and she never returned my calls) and to help set up the WIFI. I called numerous times in the next few months asking for help on this or updates and all I got was a rude and "busy" salesperson (jacqueline) that was always with "other clients" despite that we bought the car from her- or at kickboxing class. Finally, I gave up, and will have to get this help from some other dealership that has nothing to do with our sale - which I've found to be less than easy as they prefer to work with you if you bought the car from them..In any case, terrible service, terrible experience...I enjoy the car very much but am also looking forward to dropping it back off in 3 years and saying good riddance to this crew.

Dear Mr. Roche, Thanks for taking the time on Tuesday to discuss with me your experience at the dealership. I apologize that it was anything less than an exceptional experience for you and your wife. Unfortunately, the sales consultant had just started working for the dealership and were not fully trained nor totally familiar with the dealerships procedures and protocol. I tried contacting your wife a couple of times on Wednesday. I was unable to reach her but I left a message. I am going to email you instructions on how to activate the wi-fi on your vehicle. As we discussed, I am unable to find a manufacturer that makes an attachment for the Navigator seat to mount an IPAD. If I do find one, I would be happy to supply one to you. Lastly, there are only two wheels available on the reserved package Navigator…the standard wheel and the $995 optional wheel that is on your truck. There are no other factory wheels available for your model Navigator. Any picture in the brochure of other wheels only come on the less expensive models of the Navigator. Professional, Expedient, Unbelievably Enjoyable
Jacqueline Comer's genuine warmth, sincerity and expertise throughout the process of leasing a new Ford Edge was so delightful. I see now why they told us to speak with John because he made the whole experience extremely pleasant. Once we had decided on our vehicles we met with the Finance Manager Scott Rosenfeld who was also a pleasure to deal with. Scott explained all of our options so well that I didn't even have any questions to ask him. People I have dealt with at other dealerships are quick to try and sell you the most expensive warranty package. Scott however was thorough and not pushy at all and I ended up with a warranty package that fit my lifestyle. He made the final step of the process quick and easy. Thanks Scott!

We recently traded in a 2012 Ford Focus for a new 2018 Ford Focus S, and we couldn't be happier. Ms. Comer eased some trepidation we had during the financing part of making the purchase, and everything worked out just great. Also - the sales manager and financing expert also smoothed over some serious questions we had, and ended up giving us what we believe is the best possible deal we could have gotten. Excellent Service
Ralph Coffey contacted me immediately the next business day after I sent a message the previous evening expressing my interest in a pre-owned car. I met with him that day and drove my car from the dealership the next morning. Ralph and all the personnel I met at Hassett were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable in every aspect of this sale.
