Things happen

The salesmen were easy to deal with and answered most of my questions to my satisfaction. The van is as good as the old style Ford Van

A pleasure to deal with

I went in and told Jacqueline what I was looking for and how much I would pay and she made it happen and rather quickly. Never had that feeling of being pressured you often get with dealerships. I will go there first when time comes for a new truck. Thanks Jacqueline

Very happy

Kinda knew what I had in mind when I got there and was surprised none the less. Place was clean, sales people were attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Took some time but I feel that I got the best deal possible on my new F150 which I drove home last night. I would return to do business again and would recommend Hassett to anyone interested.

Great service, great staff, excellent customer service.

I was looking for new Lincoln Navigator nobody hade them, but Jordan salesperson from Hassett found for me what I was looking for. I’m very happy with their service.

Horrendous experience

I've never had such an uneasy feeling at a dealership's service department in my life. The woman at the counter who takes your information was curt and had a condescending attitude. It's blatantly obvious that the employees there hate their job and do not want to be there. When you call to find out the status of your vehicle you are put on hold for long amounts of time and have to hang up and call back. When you need an appointment quickly for serious problems, you have to wait for 7-10 days. As for loaner cars, they promise you the moon in the showroom until you sign the bill of sale, then it's too xxxx bad when you cant obtain a loaner and they have your car tied up forever. When i picked up my car there was black grease on my steering wheel and console. Overall, the management there, or should I say the lack of management, should be held accountable for the actions of the employees and their disregard for the customers and their property. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I had a great experience at Hassett Ford of wantagh. The staff was very helpful and I am very satisfied with my truck. I would definitely recommend the dealership and jackie to my friends.

A great experience!

We came to the dealership with a pretty specific set of specs - and Jackie found us the exact car we wanted (even though another local dealership told us it was impossible!!). The car was delivered flawlessly and Jackie did a great job giving us a “tour” of all the functionalities if our new MKC.
