John Funuzzi was extremely helpful during our recent visit to Hassett Ford. We went in with a goal and he helped us purchase the car we wanted. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable and never pressured to buy. We were so impressed with John, that we felt comfortable enough to buy another Ford that day. The buying process went quickly and were able to pick the car up the next day. I highly recommend Hassett Ford and John Funuzzi.

After shopping around for what seemed to be forever to find a car I went to Hassett ford and was greeted by John LaRosa. He showed me the escape and the edge gave a phenomenal presentation on both vehicles and ultimately we chose the Escape. John went to every detail extremely thoroughly gave us a no-haggle price and before we knew it we took her car home two days later John was also kind enough to return our other car to the respective dealership where it came from. He was incredibly patient kind caring and quite cute if I must say. I extremely recommend going to see John if you ever need a Ford or a Lincoln he will take extremely good care of you and he is a total asset to the car business in general.

I would like to start by saying my salesman Ralph Coffey was by far the best I have ever dealt with. He was honest, polite and respectful. I give him five stars. Also the finance gentleman Danny was also extremely informative and by far the most honest financial person I have ever dealt with. I usually dread sitting in the Financial Office of a dealership. After shopping around we found the least pressure at Hassett. Every time we went in the salesmen were courteous and straightforward. They gave ballpark pricing when we asked which I really appreciated. Ultimately we bought from John LaRosa. He was very personable and the negotiating stage went quickly which I really appreciated! We felt like we got a good deal on our vehicle in the end! I would definitely recommend this dealer and our salesman John.

Not a dealership I would ever use again. Brought my car in for a recall, was denied. Had fixed somewhere else, submitted the repair directly to subaru and when subaru contacted the dealer they lied about what they told me. Next time I'll travel further than wasting my time here again. Perhaps subaru of Smithtown will be more accommodating.

We have leased five cars from Jeanmarie and it has been a great experience everytime We see her.We will be back to get our next car from Hassett.

Had some issues with the sale due to computer glitch but salesman was great. John was very professional and has a great personality. He is knows the product he sells inside and out and shares this in a way that is very helpful in learning about all options a vehicle is equipped with.
