Hassett of Wantagh

I recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester at Hassett Subaru of Wantagh, NY. I usually enter a new car dealership with a chip on my shoulder because, most of the time, negotiating to buy a new car is not my idea of fun. However, thanks to my salesman, Al Omar, my experience with this dealership was wonderful. Mr. Omar was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable- answering all my questions with patience. Not once did he use any high pressure sales pitch. He and I negotiated a price which was extremely fair and to my satisfaction and he delivered as promised. Overall, Mr. Omar was a pleasure to work with and made my experience so much less painful than I had anticipated. I have to say that it was actually fun. Thank you, Al ,for being so patient withe me. I certainly feel confident in recommending you to all who are interested in purchasing a new Subaru.

Rich Perissi was great! We had an easy and wonderful experience buying my 2016 Ford Edge! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He took his time and worked hard to get me what I wanted at the price I could afford. I am so happy with my purchase.

From the minute I met Al Omar my salesman I knew this would be enjoyable experience. There was none of pushy sales issues I have had in the past. Al listened to my needs my budget and understood that I had done my research. I told him I wanted the car as quickly as possible. With the help of his sales manager who had the day off, but was accessible by phone we were able to find the car with the options and color I wanted in a matter of an hour and a half. Five star rating may not be an adequate rating for this salesman and dealership.

Without getting into all the details I want the world to know about a most extraordinary salesman. Mr. John Fanuzzi of Hassett Subaru. This most amazing gentleman took me out of a terrible, stressful situation and made it right again. Due to his willingness to listen and care he prevented the loss to Subaru, of a long time loyal customer. He did what he promised, he was there whenever I needed him and he went way above and beyond to make certain everything was as it should be for me. I am looking forward to a new and stronger relationship with Subaru thanks to John. I am moving out of town but when it comes time for my next Subaru I'll be back to see Mr. Fanuzzi!! I advise anyone reading this review to consider doing the same!!!

I had a great experience with my sales representatives John LaRosa, Joe Cenuzereo, and Frank DiSanti at Hassett Ford of Wantagh. They were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. When I first came in and needed some time to think about my decision about the car, they didn't hound me and call me 100 times. They were very professional. John is new to this dealership. He spent as much time as I needed discussing the 2017 Ford Fusion and it's features and benefits. When I test drove the car with Joe, he explained all the features in great detail. They worked with me in getting me a good price. I would highly recommend this dealership and would even more so recommend dealing with John LaRosa, Joe Cenuzereo, and Frank DiSanti. Thank you guys!! My entire experience from start to finish was great. John LaRosa helped me find a car in my budget, worked with me to find as many deals as he could, and answered all of the questions I had. He was very professional and friendly. Will recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

My experience with this dealership was great. John Larosa, who was admittedly new to the dealership but is a seasoned car salesman was a straight shooter and got directly to the point. If you're serious about buying a car and don't just simply want to browse John is your man.

I had a good experience with my sales representative-John LaRosa at Hassett Ford of Wantagh. He was friendly and courteous. John is new to this dealership. He spent as much time as I needed discussing the 2017 Ford Fusion and it's features and benefits. I drove the car and he explained the product well I did notice that when John needed assistance a few of his coworkers were helpful not all. If you are going to go digital-all the paperwork should accommodate that. The paperwork was cumbersome for us. It took too long to get finished! I was there four hours.

Went in knowing what I wanted. Salesman Al O was very helpful in getting me a good price and good deal on my trade. I'm disabled and Al was very helpful in getting me set up in the car. Thanks again Al
