New Country Lexus

Having had such a great experience with my first Lexus and their service, I decide to buy a second, new car from them, even though it was a 3 hr drive to them. There aren't any closer to me and Lexus is a beautiful car. This second time the service came with no explanations of $300 dollars worth of service in a half hour time. The "guy was on lunch" that check me in and the service manager was gone for the day. On top of that, my rust spot that needed fixing after 1 year of age, and I had bought the special paint warranty for $700, I was going to need to rent my own car, and pay for it. But don't worry we will reimburse you.. Well, it's been 2 months, 6 phone calls and no money yet. Severely disappointed in Lexus at Latham, NY.

Eric Godbolt did an amazing job in helping us purchase our new certified pre-owned 2011 RX 350. We would not hesitate to buy another car from him in the future. He was extremely patient and genuinely interested in helping us every step of the way. Not only was he kind and helpful, but he was highly knowledgeable and super efficient. We met him on a Saturday, and our new vehicle was ready to go on Wednesday of the following week. This was pretty impressive to us, especially since we had a car to trade in and new plates to get on top of it. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the kindness of the other people who helped us at the dealership; Both Bill Bradley, the sales and leasing consultant, who scheduled our initial appointment with Eric, and Lee Thayer, the business manager, were also very helpful and knowledgeable. It's not easy to find such excellent customer service these days, but if you are looking for it, you will be highly satisfied at New Country Lexus of Latham.

My wife and I recently purchased a Lexus 350ES at New Country with Angel Castro as our sales representative. We had visited other high end vehicle dealerships in the Capital Region but found that the Lexus brand seems to bring the best quality both near and long term of ownership. Angel Castro was very informative, respective of our wants and needs and didn't try to force us into something we did not want.
