Had a very good experience here--I went in to buy a used car and was helped by Angel Castro who was very professional and helpful. There was no pressure at all, and the process was smooth fast and efficient.

I have purchased more than 10 new cars in my lifetime from various dealers in the Capital District. I will never ever go anywhere else again. This was the best experience ever. My salesman, Talas Rogers, was knowledgeable about the product and did not try to sell me something above what I wanted. He gave me a great deal! Fair and honest. I was just 'looking' at the Lexus ES350 on a Friday afternoon and ended up picking up my new car on Saturday morning. Wonderful!

Spent the day looking for used cars to replace a car. Was helped by Nick Rhoades, who provided great knowledge, exceptional customer service, and gave good advice. We test drove a couple of options and decided on the IS as a solution to what we were looking for. Would defintely recommend both Nick and Latham Lexus to friends and/or family that are looking for a new or used car.
