Thomas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram always meets or exceeds - and it’s pretty much always exceeds - the expectations of any reputable dealership. I wouldn’t recommend any other dodge dealer around.

I am generally happy with this dealership. However, I am only giving them 3 Stars, for the following reasons. I called in advance and told them that I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and that I believed that they were covered by the purchasing agreement for the vehicle which was purchased from them. However, after they did the work they charged me! They claimed that they did not see in their system that the services were covered. You should have told me this before setting the appointment and doing the work. Also, they did not wash the car as they did for s previous vehicle that I had purchased from them.

Great, smooth and easy oil change. Fast and completed in record time. Didn’t have to wait long.
