Mohawk Honda

I purchased a 2016 pilot today and was greeted by Mike Speranza with a lower interest rate than I was prepared for. I shopped around in the morning from different credit unions and when I came in to purchase the pilot, I was delighted to find out that Mike researched better rates after I left Mohawk Honda the night before. Many thanks to him. I was then greeted by Caitlyn who reviewed all of the specs of the pilot. It was a very hot day and the whole facility made it easy

I was just in for an airbag recall when Johanna Kennedy approached me while I was dreaming about a new HRV and we both agreed it was a SEXXIE vehicle. She introduced me to Bob Taaffe and I test drove the HRV and fell in love. He worked the numbers where I felt comfortable that I was making a smart purchase. I drove my new HRV home that afternoon. I feel Johanna and Bob went above the call of duty in making me feel good about my purchase. I have been a Mohawk Honda customer for over 10 years, from purchasing to service and will continue to be in the future.

What a great salesman that I had.He knew exactly what vehicle I needed, let me test drive it and let me figure things out to make sure that I could afford it. Don't know of any other dealerships that will do that.

Lindsey and her team got me into a brand new Honda Civic EX and I couldn't be happier with the service we received at the dealer and with the Civic, I love it. Excellent experience at Mohawk Honda. Mike Bennice sold me a Civic 10 years ago and helped me get exactly what I was looking for this time, an HRV and I love it. The staff at Mohawk was extremely friendly, very helpful and exceptionally accommodating. Everyone I saw had a smile on their face, great customer experience. I was very happy with my trade-in deal and payment plan. Mike showed me all the accessories that were available and I felt NO pressure from him.
