Great!

We've had them do service on our Odyssey in the past, and just bought a new one. We were referred by a friend. They were all great!

Exactly what we wanted

I walked in with the intent to lease a Honda Civic and a good price. I left with a great price even better than I thought. Ms Gattuso was very friendly and greeted me right upon walking in. She listened to what our needs were and was very accommodating. She was an absolute pleasure and I have already recommended her to family and friends. Would love to do business with again !

Awesome experience!

AJ Metzold, he will make your experience AWESOME! After looking for a vehicle that meets my needs for 6 weeks and at 8 other dealers, AJ rose to the occasion! I came in with a list of "wants", and AJ knew exactly what would be the best fit. He hit the nail on the head! With his great customer service and personality, after a test drive it was a quick "YES"! My Honda CRV (with some custom enhancements that were my decision to have added) drives smoothly and comfortably, and I love the look of the color I chose. From meeting AJ at the door to driving away after the demo of my car with Steven, the whole experience was a 10!

Smooth Process

Buying a Honda is a no brainer... but Salesman Brad Cittadino made the process as painless as possible. His knowledge and experience were a plus and his quick work with a skilled Finance staff were much appreciated!

Phenomenal Buying experience!!

3rd Honda purchased from Mohawk, and their customer service is unparalleled! My 84 yr old parents traded-in their Suzuki Equator, and got an incredible deal on a 2016 CRV...no one else even came close! Sales person John Potenza was patient, kind and handled my parents & purchase with great care. I highly recommend John. Operations Mgr Andy G. is simply the best and goes above and beyond to satisfy, and Mohawk is very fortunate to have him on their Leadership Team. Finally Kudos to Mohawk for hiring young people like Caitlyn Speranza who helped me & my parents with the CRV setup, and couldn't have been anymore nicer & helpful!!

Easy, non-confrontational, and pleasant

First off, Frank Kinch greeted us at the door, asked courteously and concisely what our needs were, and then spent time assessing what Mohawk had that would fit our needs (some rather particular). Most important, he knew the details about the car, their relevant inventory, and repeatedly affirmed that we were both on the same page. Before we drove the car, many things were pointed out by Frank that we might have missed had he not demonstrated those things before we got into the car, and when we were driving, he continued to expand upon the features that would be relevant to our needs. The process of purchasing was explained in detail, so there were no surprises and in fact the sale closed smoothly.

Air bag recall repairs

I am a loyal Mohawk Honda customer, my family before I got married bought ALL of our Honda at Mohawk and now that I am married I stayed loyal. I have to say with the Air bag recall on the crv,I am not completely impressed with the service. I brought my crv in July4th, was given a civic that had a/c issues venting into the car and with 2 kids it was a little cramped with all our previous plans. I finally was given a crv, which is at least the same as what my car is. I got the call that my crv was ready and the airbags were replaced and then get told my crv has a laundry list needing to be repaired(car also smelled), one of which rear breaks. When brought in July 4th my crv seemed fine no issues. Also, if they kept my car for a month they could have at least washed and vacuumed my crv since it is an inconvenience. Would I buy another car from Mohawk Honda? I am not so sure as there is no loyalty discount (not too willingbto work with you on repair fees like rheybused to) and I am feeling had by this dealer in this situation. Where was my car parked, did someone test drive it or did sitting that long create all these repairs?

The supportive staff at Mohawk can't be beat!

I had not planned to trade in my car, I loved my CRV - even if it was almost 10 years old, but as it happened my 2007 needed costly work and the writing was on the wall. The staff at Mohawk were fabulous to deal with. They spent several hours with me going over my options and working with me to figure out a situation I was comfortable with. I am not the type to make quick decisions, yet I am pleased that I moved from my old CRV into a new one. At no time did I feel pressured by the staff at Mohawk, in fact several other sales people took time to listen to me and offer input. I live in Albany but choose to drive to Scotia because I have always felt that the staff are looking out for my best interests and the best interests of my car! I think it is important to note that I pass two other Honda dealerships to get to Mohawk because of their dedication to high quality service. Car buying and leasing can be stressful but they made me feel comfortable through the entire process and I know that if I need anything they will be there to help. I have recommended friends to buy and lease from Mohawk and will do so in the future. They saw my 2007 through its 10 year time period with me and I know that I can continue to count on them.
