Easy Sales Experience

I've purchased a car from Patrick in the past (2002 Pontiac G6 convertible). They were easy to deal with then and the service department was top notch. When I decided to try something other than a SUV I checked online to see what Patrick had. After checking the deals on and reviews of the Buick Regal TourX I decided to go for a test drive. I met Mark Houser at the dealership and we took out the TourX I was interested in. Mark suggested that we not only drive on the local streets but to try the expressway just to see what the car would do. My two previous vehicles had 4 cylinder turbo engines and I enjoyed the power they had. The TourX had a similar engine so it was nice to compare. Well, once I decided to buy the car Mark and I talked about my trade-in. Tony Coleman took it out for a test drive and made a fair offer for it's value. Tony was kind enough to throw in all-season floor mats and a cargo area liner as part of the deal after I asked about them. I dealt with Dave Brick when I went to sign all the loan papers. He had everything ready and the signing went quickly. All in all a fairly simple, quick purchase. Test drove on Monday....had the car in hand on Wednesday.

Awesome experience!

Bob was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and needs. I sent the Pastor of the church I work for to inquire about a last year model Encore because I remembered the good price Bob was able to offer last year. When I found out the deal she got, I had to buy one for myself! Now there are two new 2018 Encores parked in front of our office building each day. Thanks!

Great time in purchasing a new car

Best experience ever.

Loving my new Terrain and Mike was the best from start to finish. Was so thoughtful and accomodating to my needs. Reviewed the whole car with me when i picked it up. Will be sending friends and famiky to him for sure.

What a poor choice I made... again.

Worked with a terrible salesman who sold me a 2016 Buick Encore in June and have already had it in the shop going on 3 times. 2 of which relate to the awd being disabled. The salesman was very rude in the way he handled my concerns and basically lied to me over the phone claiming damage that I noticed on the car back when bought the car wasn’t there prior to me picking it up but he took a picture of me next to it on the drivers side(where the damage was) but sent me a picture of the passenger side of the car without me in the picture. Mario in service was helpful overall.. just picked up the car and hope it’s fixed this time.

After reviewing this with your sales associate, sales managers and Mario in our service center, your vehicle was repaired per the insurance estimate and we paid your $250 deductible for you. The AWD issue that your other facility could not repair was also completed by our service center at no charge and a free loaner vehicle was supplied as well. Excellent dealership with quality and professional staff.

It was my first experience at Patrick and it was terrific . My sales person ( Jonathan Collister) was knowledgeable,friendly and extremely personable . The service technician ( Mario Maimone) was also knowledgeable, courteous and friendly . Actually everyone I've been in contact with at Patrick has been just GREAT . I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
