Great dealership to work with. My sales man, Robert Gordon, was awesome. He explained every question I had and was very patient . When I picked up my car he stayed after hours to show me every option on my new car and signed me up for my Buick reward program and made sure my phone was hooked up. He went beyond my expectations. Everyone at dealership was great!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership, they have a great selection of vehicles and great prices. Ask for Robert Gordon you'll get great service from him.

I went to Patrick Buick GMC to check out used Buick sedans. I was greeted by Bob Gordan. I saw a car I liked and Bob explained the features and let me take it for a test drive. The price for my trade in and the car I was interested in was reasonable. There was no pressure to buy. After I bought the car, Bob was very patient in explaining the features. He showed me around the full service facility and introduced me to the different departments. Everyone was professional. It was a good experience.

Great professional dealership
Leased my second car from Patrick, a flawless experience. From sales to service this dealership is right on. Was buying Jeeps from this dealer before they lost the franchise thru no fault of their own. I am back now with GMC and Buick. The dealership has bot skipped a beat. You could eat off the floor of the service department it is that clean.

2017 Canyon All Terrain - patrick
Only things I would change were the accessories I had put on my Canyon. Products should have been in store to see. Had Tanou Cover and Bed Extender put on. Not happy with design and ease of use. Together they are almost impossible to lock cover down. Not at all like those on on previous truck. If I has seen before purchase, would have reconsidered. Even service manager had trouble on how to use them. Had to come after initial pickup to get put on. Was told to come in 5 days after purchase. No record in service department of appointment. Had to reschedule a week later. Also, 4-wheel drive shift button and light button location in poor location. Hard to see and always moving positions with knees when entering or existing truck. Don't even realize I'm doing it. Very frustrating. Otherwise, I like the truck.

We're truly sorry for any inconvenience that we caused & how the accessories & truck are manufactured. We had multiple issues with our computing system although since then, it is now operating back to normal. We believe this is why your first appointment was not registered.
