Poor customer service for recommended maintenance.

I have a Toyota Rav4, 2015, that I made an appointment to have service done on the vehicle. The tires needed rotation and balancing. I had an appointment for 10:30 am on 9/30/2019. I arrived at 10:15am for the appointment, the car service was not completed until 3 hours later, after 1:15 pm. There was no contact with me concerning the time delay, and it took 20 minutes to check out with payment for the service. Exceedingly poor service on a day when they did not seem to be that busy.

Everyone was nice and helpful I got a lot better price here compared to other dealerships around this area Toyota offers the family plan that beats the competition

purchase of 2019 4Runner

Everyone was friendly. Although start to finish process could have gone quicker. Our sales person was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. However, we emailed what we were interested in buying and that we were definitely going to make a purchase and wanted the vehicles (3 previously viewed) side by side to just look at them at the same time. We thought by sending info/request ahead of time they would have them already out front. This was not the case and we had to wait some time for them to go get them and bring them around to have there for our appt time given. If a customer is this specific before coming, it would go a long way in the line of being even more impressed. other than the WAIT times, we were overall satisfied.

Worst dealership in town

Marcus sales managed, Scott general manager, Mike manager, Brad sales and Juliet’ Fred Anderson are all horrible people to work with. The car they sold me had a bad engine and never worked since I bought and still don’t. I would never shop here again and took my business elsewhere as scott suggested and. The worst car buying experience I ever had. The men their take advantage of women customers and young adults. They took advantage of me and my family to leave me with a broke down car. I will never shop here ever again and don’t recommend anyone else to shop here. DO NOT SHOP HERR the cars add not certified 125 pt inspection. NO it has been a long headache and they kept my hard earned money for a car that the engine was bad. NO NO do not shop here and wish I could give them a zero!

Top notch dealership

I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota! I had the best experience with trading in my old highlander for a brand new one! Our salesman, Trevor, was fantastic and very personable.

Service was in a reasonable timeframe. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodations in the waiting room allowed the time to pass quickly. I have no problem using Fred Anderson Toyota again.

Good service

Bought and been getting serviced there for two years. They had a hiccup a few months ago but mad it right without fussing. Will keep going back.

Fred Anderson To Outstanding customer service. 10 out of 10

Service manager Christian Brown greeted me as soon as I arrived. He not only remembered my name but details of our conversation from months ago at my last service date. I felt like I was home and talking to my brother. He took care of my service and did it in record time. I left a different Toyota dealership last year because of poor customer service. My change was the best thing I could have done and never regretted the change. We need more people like him in positions like this
