Boulware Benefits not optional

Was looking at a used vehicle, the Boulware Benefits is added to the price. I am not sure why on a used vehicle you don't have a choice to not accept that, however i will move along and look elsewhere.

PACK A LUNCH

PACK A LUNCH IF GOING TO BUY IT TOOK ME 4HOURS TO GET A SOME WHAT OF A DEAL I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE FIRST TIME I GOT UP TO LEAVE.

Dishonest and untrustworthy service department. Don’t perform the services that they claim too and when caught, their service manager, Tim Gortz, holds zero accountability for this and refuses to speak directly to customers.

Typical used car scam.

Typical scammer car dealer. The trick is they add options and warranties that you don’t want but they claim that they can’t discount. This will be 4-5k over the price listed on the website. In the past this has been a practice of small private dealers but it has migrated to large name brand dealers.. what a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Bubba was our salesperson and he was the best!

Bubba was our salesperson and he was the best!! Very personable and fun to work with. He did his homework on the truck we were interested in buying even though it wasn’t a Toyota. He was honest and upfront. We will definitely see him for our next vehicle purchase.
