Many unneeded added costs.

When we purchased out van from them, it started out very well. It started going south when they gave us the actual offer. Went from $22k to over $30k as they kept pushing for us to purchase a lot of nu-needed extras. If you calculate the cost to risk these extras are a complete rip off. When we settled on a the actual cost they took the new floor mats out during the "detail" process and claimed they were never there. Instead of arguing I just spent $150 for new ones from a different vendor. I will never purchase from them again. Seem really shady and I feel that they take advantage of people selling the extras to those who do not understand. My wife really wanted the van and we settled on an ok price, but we kept having to tell them that we do not want any extras as they kept trying to push them on us.

Went for an oil change today got there at 7:35 they

Went for an oil change today got there at 7:35 they finished at 9:30 ridiculous. My passenger seat was laid down I wonder if they decided to enjoy the comfort. I had enough with this place.

Bought our 3rd toyota.

Bought our 3rd toyota. Robert Drakeford sold us the last two! He is excellent! Jose, and Keagan were very nice and instrumental in the process. Bowtie came by a number of times to check on us and helped set up our phones etc. kudos to the staff that keeps that building sparkling clean!

The worst company to work with!

The worst company to work with! They sold me a car that was over priced for the milage. I was there for 6 hours and still had to come back to get the car. Then the car had issues they had to fix. They sold me a warranty that did not cover the issues. I asked them to cancel the warranty and the Gap insurance and of this point in time they still have not done the job. If they treat ALL their customers like this then they are not worth the time of day!!!

Did not perform the Toyota required prop shaft lube and

Did not perform the Toyota required prop shaft lube and retorque as listed in the owner’s manual even after I pointed it out to the service advisor, Ronald Kirkland. He Stamped the 24 month / 20k mile column. He elected to skip the 15k/18 month in my owner’s record book and only changed the oil and rotated the tires. Vehicle is 2 years old with 11,300 miles.

I received an instant offer for my car from this dealer

I received an instant offer for my car from this dealer over Cars.com. I contacted the dealer to ensure the offer was still standing even after driving the vehicle to the dealer which was 75 miles away. They dealer representative indicated that the offer was not going to be affected after driving such a long distance but he wanted to make sure the offer was right so I provided my vehicle information once again (as I did over Cars.com). The new offer dropped 2K. I understand that the dealer gives the final offer after the vehicle has been inspected, but that did not happen to me, since my vehicle was never inspected. On the other hand, I thanked the dealer for taking my call and discuss the Cars.com offer with me before driving such a long distance.

I went in with no expectation of actually buying a car

I went in with no expectation of actually buying a car that day, because I usually am not satisfied with the initial offer I get. Frank was outstanding in working with me, and for the first time in my life, I actually left in a new car on the day I looked at it. He was friendly and answered all of my questions! The finance guy wasn’t as high on my list, but working with Frank made the overall experience outstanding.
