NO !!! Customer care not good at all

Customer care was not good at all !!! Need to do better. They looked at me when I asked a question about service to my car ! No one act they wanted to help & that is crazy!!!!!!!!

People friendly, and the service fantastic!Waiting area was very nice and can help yourself to coffee and water! Did not have to wait long 4 the job was completed!!😋

Great service

Lee Partyka offered me great service as usual for my oil change. The service staff is great and the service cashier is always really friendly and helpful. I enjoy bringing my car in for service at Lee Partyka and always know I will be getting top notch service and that all of my questions will be answered.

I received a warm and friendly welcome.

My rating is based on the fact that my service advisor, Shelby Remillard, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed. She explained the service being done and that which is necessary in the near future. I also had the opportunity to speak with the Service Manager, Charlie Labella, about extended warranties. He was very courteous, helpful, and provided advice related to purchasing extended warranties. Overall, my experience was very gratifying. I would definitely recommend Partyka Chevrolet to my family and friends. I looking forward to purchasing another Equinox in the future.

Awesome and accomodating
