Very disappointing experience. I requested cancellation of my extended warranty over 3 months ago and still have not received my refund or a clear update. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Staff were rude, impatient, dismissive, and showed very little concern for helping me as a customer. I felt pressured into purchasing services I did not truly need, and once the sale was completed, there was little interest in providing support. My experience left me feeling misled and that the focus was more on making money than honestly helping customers. I would advise others to be very careful, review everything closely, and ask questions before agreeing to any additional products or services in this dealership

After being a loyal Mazda customer for over 25 years - from buying or l leasing multiple Mazda vehicles - I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated recently. When I returned my lease last month, the staff were uncooperative, dismissive and critical, finding faults that were never an issue in past lease returns. Despite my long history with the dealership (well, when it was Partyka Mazda which was better), there was no willingness to work with me or extend any courtesy. Personnel came across as rude, unhelpful and the entire experience felt unfair and disrespectful. It is disheartening to see such a drop in customer care. I expected better from a brand I've supported for decades but unfortunately, they've lost my trust and future business.

After 25 years of purchasing or leasing Mazda's, I have decided to leave the brand entirely based upon the substandard treatment I was given when returning my lease vehicle to Hamden Mazda. I was a loyal repeat customer that loves to drive Mazda vehicles but the staff currently working there is rude, inflexible and too obtuse to know that they have damaged a long-term customer relationship built by Partyka Mazda over decades. I don't recommend doing business with them.

JOSE , my salesman helped me pick out the best vehicle for me. I ended up buying a 2025 brand new Mazda CX-5 PREFERED. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP WITH FRANK CRUSAFI AS MANAGER . I GOT THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME!! ID HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAMDEN AUTO . THANKS TO ALL!

Completely thrilled with our purchase here! Ammar is amazing and couldn't have made this process any easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable and got us exactly what we were looking for. Frank was also super helpful and got us all squared away on the finance side. I'd recommend Hamden Mazda to anyone looking for a new car!

Bait and switch tactics. I emailed the day before and set up an appointment. Unorganized. Manager blew the sale for the salesman. Wrote to the CEO, no response. I walked out. Been a Mazda owner for a decade.

Hayley Maxwell helped me as soon as I arrived at the Mazda door, she did everything possible so that I left satisfied after having had the bad experience of having my car stolen from my driveway last Saturday, I totally recommend her, go to her only! , she will help you with everything.
