Bryan and Lisa bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule. Mom was hospitalized and appointments could not be kept. Bryan assured us he and Lisa would meet my tight schedule . Always pleasant and hospitable . So happy we got a Jeep gladiator from this dealership. We will tell anyone wanting a vehicle to call Lisa and Bryan.

I purchased used truck January 16.

I purchased used truck January 16. I did not receive my registration for my tag transfer until March 21. 65 days. SC law states you have 45 days to transfer tags. I wasn't able to drive my vehicle for 20 days due to this. When I finally received my registration it was actually a new tag. They did not transfer my tags as requested. They had a new one issued. This will cost me an additional property tax bill. I called and emailed different people in the dealership. The only person who responded was my sales person Elizabeth. I tried to leave voice mails and I received notification their mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. I finally filled a complaint with the SCDMV. This is an unacceptable business practice. This review and complaint could be avoided if someone would just make contact when and if there was an issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

If you want a reliable honest service. DON'T GO TO TONY T Dodge, Jeep and Ram of Orangeburg. Went to acquire about a vehicle and they up the price of the vehicle as soon as I showed them what the internet price was. I would ask to speak to the manager and I would talk to him about it and He said Ill call you right back. But guess what He never did. Then I would call back and they would not answer me. They have avoided me ever since. So don't trust them or even give them your business. Not worth the head ache.

Drove 2 hours cause they had the vehicle I wanted, to a

Drove 2 hours cause they had the vehicle I wanted, to a T. Online stated it had 0 miles and that’s what I was expecting. I get to the dealership and they have me fill out all this paperwork before even looking at the car which should have been a red flag in its own, but it was perfect… in pictures. All the employees were in sweats and pajamas too… I finally get to see the car and I get within 10 feet of it and it smells insanely bad like cigarettes and smoke. Of course… me wanting that exact truck I still look at it and test drive it. It had almost 4000 miles on it! A brand new car. Then was told it was a manager demo… then they wanted to give me “$2k more for my trade” to make up for it. Then looking at the numbers they were almost $6K under KBB trade value to begin with. Then they promised and promised they would get the smell out, but I wasn’t dealing with it so I left. All around bad experience. I do not suggest this place at all.

Jai, worked with me on my trade He did exactly what he said he would do. I’ve got exactly what I said. I wanted. It didm’t take him long to accomplishing it. This kind of service is rare at a car dealership.He was upfront and honest. The vehicle that I traded in came from Tony T. And if they didn’t put the right trade-in value on the vehicle l previously purchased from them the deal would have never happened.
