Drove 2 hours cause they had the vehicle I wanted, to a

Drove 2 hours cause they had the vehicle I wanted, to a T. Online stated it had 0 miles and that’s what I was expecting. I get to the dealership and they have me fill out all this paperwork before even looking at the car which should have been a red flag in its own, but it was perfect… in pictures. All the employees were in sweats and pajamas too… I finally get to see the car and I get within 10 feet of it and it smells insanely bad like cigarettes and smoke. Of course… me wanting that exact truck I still look at it and test drive it. It had almost 4000 miles on it! A brand new car. Then was told it was a manager demo… then they wanted to give me “$2k more for my trade” to make up for it. Then looking at the numbers they were almost $6K under KBB trade value to begin with. Then they promised and promised they would get the smell out, but I wasn’t dealing with it so I left. All around bad experience. I do not suggest this place at all.

Jai, worked with me on my trade He did exactly what he said he would do. I’ve got exactly what I said. I wanted. It didm’t take him long to accomplishing it. This kind of service is rare at a car dealership.He was upfront and honest. The vehicle that I traded in came from Tony T. And if they didn’t put the right trade-in value on the vehicle l previously purchased from them the deal would have never happened.

I had a great experience they was very professional and

I had a great experience they was very professional and would do businesses with them again!!!! My truck is absolutely amazing the service was amazing not one complaint from me the new gm and finance manager was absolutely great made u feel right at home and the sales guy Dillon was helpful in every way possible and got the BEST price around went and looked at 7 different dealerships and no could even compare to there price 5 stars all around!!!!!

We went in just to look at a truck and ended up buying

We went in just to look at a truck and ended up buying that day. We had a great experience and received GREAT customer service. Terence Brown, the general manager, was so helpful with getting us where we needed to be to make the deal. We got the BEST price, and we looked at every dealership this side of the country! I was very pleased with the service, price and professionalism. I was already on edge because we didn't go in thinking we would purchase that day, so we didn't have childcare. I just knew my 2-year-old would tear the place down. They had the cutest little corner for kids with books and small table. Our salesmen, Dillon Kemmerlin, went and got crayons and such to help me keep her entertained. When she got excited, they laughed with her and never made me feel like she was a bother (as a lot of places do). This meant a lot! After agreeing to a monthly payment, the finance manager, Jai Withers, even went and found a bank with a cheaper rate/payment for us. I liked and really appreciated that he took the time to explain the contract, insurances warranties, etc. to us instead of just getting us to sign. I like that he "sold" us everything as we wanted instead of just throwing on everything and us not knowing what was going on as I have experienced in the past! We had an all-around great experience!

FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!

FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!!! They make fraudulent documents to get customers approved and force everyone who works there to participate in the fraudulent activity. Tony Thomas and Carnell Saleem are head of the whole operation. They hire employees knowing they cannot afford to pay them, have them work and make money for the dealership and then fire them and send them some fine print clause in the pay plan as to why they don’t have to pay them. They sell cars and roll back the odometers on the paperwork and force the finance managers to sign paperwork saying that a vehicle with 12K miles on it has less than 4K miles so that they can still sell the vehicle as new. Brian Lock is the main one who produces the fraudulent documents and we have VIDEO PROOF of this. Carnell Saleem is the one who tells management to roll back mileage and contract inaccurate miles and vehicle information. Tony Thomas, the owner of the dealership, is as crooked as they come and hides behind his title and makes his sidekick Carnell do all his dirty work. Typical good cop, bad cop situation. They are scared to death of an audit due to their HIGH FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. WE HAVE VIDEO PROOF AND RECORDINGS SHOWING THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND THE REASONINGS AND FULLING INTEND TO REACH OUT AND REPORT TALL OF TONY RHOMAS DEALERSHIPS!
