They were very helpful and courteous in helping me with an emergency situation regarding servicing my vehicle, including giving me a ride to a hotel. My only issue was that they did not provide a status of the situation and I had to call after the vehicle was there all morning. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was driving from Port St Lucie, Florida to Duke Medical Center for medical treatments and I had a mechanical problem and got stuck on Rt 95 in South Carolina .. I was so lucky to have been towed to Plaza Chrysler. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered.. The service specialist Ryan Wiggins, listened to my situation and jumped into motioned to help me get to my appointments. He assisted me in getting a rental car quickly and got me back on the road within an hour. While I was getting my treatments at Duke, Ryan got my car problem diagnosed , called me several times with updates and had it repaired before my discharged and when I returned to Plaza 2 days later, I was able to return home.. The bottom line is, I couldn't be more thankful to the whole Plaza Chrysler team. I just wish I lived close enough to be able use their facilities.. Owning over 75 cars in my lifetime from Mercedes Benz "S" class to Toyota Pick-ups , I can tell you without any reservation that Plaza Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Orangeburg is one of the best dealerships anywhere in the country that I would recommend to anyone..

Devonte was great. Took care of everything over the phone. No surprises. Delivered when promised, as promised. Who could ask for more. I didn't even meet him, but the phone interaction was perfect. As an old guy [60] who doesn't like fluff, he delivered exactly as promised.
