Had the best car shopping experience. Sia was great help since the moment we came out of our vehicle to look around the dealership. He was able to answer all of our questions and even stayed after hours and helped us buy the car. Over all great experience

NOT worth your time or visit
This car dealership has a plethora of cons. I would NOT recommend this dealership at all if you want a pleasant experience. I have visited this lot on various occasions and they A- cannot keep employees B- always demand that you leave your cars for days at a time, even for minor maintenance, C- they display microaggressive behaviors towards paying customers, D- Staff is disrespectful and rude. They will walk right past you and not acknowledge nor greet you. The only employees that were friendly and professional were the cleaning lady, I forgot her name and the Operations Manager, Yavon. Whoever the C-suite management is needs to review who they hire as department managers, who they hire to work as service advisors , and implement that their staff takes courses on diversity and inclusion because the level of service for customers is subpar and very lackluster. On my last visit the service manager, Mark requested respect for his employees when they, Mark and the female service advisor, Jordyn were not respectful to me. If you have time to be lied to, lied on, then played the victim on, and chastised like you're Mark's child because they did not deliver on said services then by all means go to this lot. It's definitely not worth your time or visit. Go elsewhere because there is much more professional and better service available in DFW.
